基于udemy課程平臺的混合式學(xué)習(xí)實踐研究

【摘要】:新媒體聯(lián)盟地平線報告(2014高等教育版)提出,在未來一至兩年內(nèi),教育范式正在向包含更多的在線學(xué)習(xí)、混合式學(xué)習(xí)和協(xié)作學(xué)習(xí)的方向轉(zhuǎn)移。隨著高等教育的普及以及教育終身化的推廣,混合式學(xué)習(xí)將成為高等教育的突破點!盎旌鲜綄W(xué)習(xí)”是隨著對網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)的反思和傳統(tǒng)課堂學(xué)習(xí)的回歸而逐漸被關(guān)注的一種學(xué)習(xí)方式和學(xué)習(xí)理念,它的出現(xiàn)給我們帶來了新的契機和挑戰(zhàn)。由于混合式學(xué)習(xí)要求較高的互動性和及時性,因此需要網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺的支持。MOOC(大規(guī)模在線網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程)的出現(xiàn)為開展混合式學(xué)習(xí)提供了條件。在眾多的網(wǎng)絡(luò)課堂中,Udemy因其免費、易用、允許教師自行上傳教學(xué)視頻等優(yōu)勢受到廣大教育者們的關(guān)注,為混合式學(xué)習(xí)教育事業(yè)帶來了曙光。本文借助MOOC的學(xué)習(xí)平臺和學(xué)習(xí)形式,設(shè)計了基于Udemy課程平臺的混合式學(xué)習(xí)。在論文選題的過程中,筆者訪談了上海杉達學(xué)院的學(xué)生,發(fā)現(xiàn)該學(xué)院的《計算機基礎(chǔ)》課程教學(xué)過程中存在著一些不足,主要體現(xiàn)在以下幾個方面:1)教學(xué)內(nèi)容不夠新穎;2)缺乏教師的課下指導(dǎo);3)學(xué)習(xí)資源不夠豐富等。筆者提出,將混合式學(xué)習(xí)應(yīng)用于《計算機基礎(chǔ)》課程教學(xué)中。學(xué)生認識到,網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程平臺能彌補現(xiàn)有課程的不足,提高自身學(xué)習(xí)興趣和自主學(xué)習(xí)能力。他們非常愿意嘗試這一新的教學(xué)模式。本文中,筆者首先論述了研究背景、研究意義,闡述了網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)和傳統(tǒng)課堂學(xué)習(xí)的優(yōu)缺點,提出混合式學(xué)習(xí)能夠有機結(jié)合兩者的優(yōu)點提高教學(xué)效率和質(zhì)量。然后,通過大量閱讀與研究相關(guān)的文獻資料,介紹Udemy課程平臺、MOOC和混合式學(xué)習(xí)的含義和特點。在混合式學(xué)習(xí)和建構(gòu)主義等學(xué)習(xí)理論的指導(dǎo)下,以及前人的研究基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了基于Udemy課程平臺的混合式學(xué)習(xí)模式,對杉達學(xué)院《計算機基礎(chǔ)》課程教學(xué)內(nèi)容的部分章節(jié)進行了混合式學(xué)習(xí)活動的設(shè)計和實施。在活動開展過程中,通過對教師進行訪談,了解教師對混合式學(xué)習(xí)的熟悉運用程度;以觀察法、問卷調(diào)查法等形式了解學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的基本情況、對混合式學(xué)習(xí)及Udemy課程平臺的使用情況。最后通過訪談和問卷分析,了解該模式對教師的影響,以及學(xué)生知識的掌握、課堂的參與程度、創(chuàng)新能力的提高的作用,并反思影響混合式學(xué)習(xí)的因素,說明本研究的不足并對下一步研究進行展望。文章通過理論分析和實證研究,證明了:在Udemy課程平臺上開展混合式學(xué)習(xí),有利于提高教師的信息素養(yǎng)和教學(xué)能力,激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,提高學(xué)生的自主學(xué)習(xí)、自主探究能力,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新能力。與此同時,本文還驗證了基于Udemy課程平臺實施混合式學(xué)習(xí)的可行性,為學(xué)生在其他課程中運用該網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺實施混合式學(xué)習(xí)提供了借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:The New Media Alliance Horizon report 2014 higher Education reports suggest that in the next year or two the educational paradigm is shifting to include more online learning hybrid learning and collaborative learning. With the popularization of higher education and the popularization of lifelong education, hybrid learning will become the breakthrough point of higher education. "mixed learning" is a kind of learning method and learning idea which has been paid more and more attention with the introspection of network learning and the return of traditional classroom learning. Its emergence has brought us new opportunities and challenges. Because of the high interactivity and timeliness of hybrid learning, the emergence of network platform. MOOC (large scale online course) provides the conditions for developing hybrid learning. Due to its advantages of free, easy to use and allowing teachers to upload their own teaching videos, Udemy has attracted the attention of educators in many online classrooms, which has brought dawn to the cause of hybrid learning education. With the help of MOOC learning platform and learning form, this paper designs a hybrid learning based on Udemy course platform. In the course of selecting the topic of the thesis, the author interviewed the students of Shanghai Huanda University, and found that there are some deficiencies in the teaching process of the basic computer course in the college. Mainly reflected in the following several aspects: 1) the content of teaching is not new; 2) lack of teachers' guidance under class; (3) lack of rich learning resources, and so on. The author puts forward that hybrid learning should be applied in the course of computer Foundation. Students realize that the online course platform can make up for the deficiency of the existing courses and improve their own learning interest and autonomous learning ability. They are very willing to try this new teaching model. In this paper, the author first discusses the research background and significance, expounds the advantages and disadvantages of network learning and traditional classroom learning, and points out that hybrid learning can combine the advantages of both to improve teaching efficiency and quality. Then, this paper introduces the meaning and characteristics of Udemy course platform and hybrid learning by reading a lot of literature related to the research. Under the guidance of learning theories such as hybrid learning and constructivism, and on the basis of previous studies, a hybrid learning model based on Udemy curriculum platform is constructed. This paper introduces the design and implementation of mixed learning activities in some chapters of the teaching content of the course of computer Foundation in Huanda University. In the process of carrying out the activities, the teachers were interviewed to understand the degree of familiarity with the use of mixed learning, and the basic situation of students' learning was understood by means of observation and questionnaire survey. Use of hybrid learning and Udemy platform. Finally, through interviews and questionnaire analysis, we understand the impact of the model on teachers, as well as the mastery of students' knowledge, the degree of participation in the classroom, the role of improving innovation ability, and reflect on the factors that affect mixed learning. The deficiency of this study is explained and the future research is prospected. Through theoretical analysis and empirical research, it is proved that developing mixed learning on Udemy platform is beneficial to improve teachers' information literacy and teaching ability, stimulate students' interest in learning, and improve students' autonomous learning. Self-inquiry ability, cultivate students' innovation ability. At the same time, this paper also verifies the feasibility of implementing hybrid learning based on Udemy curriculum platform, and provides a reference for students to use the network platform to implement hybrid learning in other courses.
