【摘要】：[目的/意義]教育資源的網(wǎng)上公開,有助于促進(jìn)知識(shí)的廣泛傳播與成果的開放共享。以教育資源中的課件資源為研究?jī)?nèi)容,分析我國(guó)研究人員對(duì)課件資源網(wǎng)上公開會(huì)遭受商業(yè)目的使用、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)侵害、學(xué)術(shù)優(yōu)勢(shì)地位喪失、學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)行為影響、學(xué)風(fēng)爭(zhēng)議危險(xiǎn)等障礙的認(rèn)知情況。[方法/過(guò)程]采取問(wèn)卷調(diào)查方法,向全國(guó)32個(gè)省市發(fā)放1 600份問(wèn)卷;采取訪談法,對(duì)武漢大學(xué)12名教師進(jìn)行了逐一訪談。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]研究發(fā)現(xiàn),我國(guó)研究人員最擔(dān)憂將課件上網(wǎng)會(huì)導(dǎo)致"被他人不正當(dāng)使用"、"被用于商業(yè)目的"、"損害內(nèi)容完整性",其次為"內(nèi)容不便公開"、"影響學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)行為"、"喪失學(xué)術(shù)優(yōu)勢(shì)地位"、"引起學(xué)風(fēng)爭(zhēng)議",最不擔(dān)憂"如何將課件上網(wǎng)";研究人員的年齡、性別、職稱、身份與其對(duì)課件上網(wǎng)的障礙認(rèn)知有一定關(guān)聯(lián)。為消除不同研究人員的擔(dān)憂與顧慮,促進(jìn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)術(shù)信息資源的自由流通,建議以平衡公共利益為目的合理保護(hù)課件著作權(quán),加強(qiáng)學(xué)術(shù)道德規(guī)范建設(shè),建立權(quán)威的課件發(fā)布和學(xué)術(shù)交流平臺(tái),并在考核激勵(lì)機(jī)制上給予保障。
[Abstract]:The online disclosure of educational resources contributes to the wide dissemination of knowledge and open sharing of results. Taking the courseware resources of educational resources as the research content, this paper analyzes that Chinese researchers will suffer from commercial purposes, intellectual property infringement, loss of academic superiority, and the influence of students' learning behavior on the online publication of courseware resources. Cognitive status of obstacles such as academic style controversy, danger and so on. [methods] A questionnaire survey was conducted to distribute 1,600 questionnaires to 32 provinces and cities in China, and 12 teachers of Wuhan University were interviewed one by one. [results / conclusions] the study found that Chinese researchers are most worried that using the courseware on the Internet will lead to "improper use by others", "being used for commercial purposes", "impairing the integrity of the content", followed by "inconvenient disclosure of the content", "affecting students' learning behavior" and "losing academic superiority." The last thing to worry about is "how to get the courseware online"; the age of the researchers, Gender, professional title and identity are related to the obstacle cognition of courseware. In order to eliminate the worries and concerns of different researchers and to promote the free circulation of network academic information resources, it is suggested that the copyright of courseware should be reasonably protected in order to balance the public interests, and the construction of academic moral standards should be strengthened. Establish authoritative courseware publishing and academic exchange platform, and provide guarantee in examination and incentive mechanism.
