論教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的動(dòng)力機(jī)制

【摘要】:教師專業(yè)發(fā)展是以專業(yè)原創(chuàng)力為著生點(diǎn),在發(fā)展內(nèi)力與發(fā)展外力的共同作用下完成的,它們能否有機(jī)配合、相互催生并形成最大化的成長合力至關(guān)重要,這是教師專業(yè)發(fā)展動(dòng)力機(jī)制。助推教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的主要?jiǎng)恿C(jī)制包括原創(chuàng)力生成機(jī)制、動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)化機(jī)制與動(dòng)力復(fù)合機(jī)制。教師專業(yè)發(fā)展動(dòng)力機(jī)制對(duì)教師教育實(shí)踐提出了三個(gè)要求:適當(dāng)加壓和引導(dǎo),合理調(diào)控教師專業(yè)發(fā)展外力及其釋放;注重動(dòng)力的收集與合成,提升教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的有效合力;加快教師專業(yè)原創(chuàng)力建設(shè),讓教師專業(yè)發(fā)展不乏源頭活水。
[Abstract]:Teachers' professional development is based on professional originality, and is accomplished under the joint role of developing internal force and external force. It is essential for them to cooperate with each other to stimulate each other and to form the maximum growth resultant force. This is the motive mechanism of teacher professional development. The main motive mechanism that promotes the development of teachers' professional development includes the generator of original force. System, dynamic transformation mechanism and dynamic compound mechanism. Teachers' professional development motive mechanism put forward three requirements for teacher education practice: proper pressure and guidance, reasonable control of teachers' professional development external force and release; pay attention to the collection and synthesis of power, improve the effective joint force of teachers' professional development, accelerate the construction of teacher's professional originality, let teaching The development of teachers and majors is not lack of water.
