【摘要】：正2015年5月,筆者赴仁川參加了由聯(lián)合國教科文組織每15年舉辦一次的世界教育論壇。這次論壇有130個國家的教育部長參加,聯(lián)合國秘書長潘基文、韓國總統(tǒng)樸槿惠出席并講話。論壇通過了《仁川宣言》和《面向2030年世界教育行動框架》,提出要加大教育投入、加強教師教育、促進(jìn)國際交流,目標(biāo)是到2030年,確保所有人完成公平的、有質(zhì)量的初等和中等教育;確保所有幼兒接受有質(zhì)量
[Abstract]:In May 2015, the author went to Incheon to attend the World Education Forum, organized every 15 years by UNESCO. The forum was attended by 130 education ministers, attended by UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon and South Korean President Park Geun-hye. The Forum adopted the Incheon Declaration and the World Framework for Action on Education towards 2030, which set out the need to increase investment in education, strengthen teacher education and promote international exchanges, with the goal of ensuring equity for all by 2030, Quality primary and secondary education; ensure access to quality for all young children
