【摘要】：遠(yuǎn)程教育公共服務(wù)體系已成為我國(guó)現(xiàn)代遠(yuǎn)程教育發(fā)展當(dāng)中重要的推力,并已清晰展示了其在未來(lái)教育改革當(dāng)中可能發(fā)揮的獨(dú)特作用與潛在能力。隨著社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)與信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展,隨著教育領(lǐng)域綜合改革的深化,尤其是自《國(guó)家中長(zhǎng)期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010-2020年)》頒布實(shí)施以來(lái),我國(guó)遠(yuǎn)程教育面臨很多新的挑戰(zhàn)與機(jī)遇,相應(yīng)的,遠(yuǎn)程教育公共服務(wù)體系發(fā)展也需要"圖變"。為了廓清并深入探討"圖變"所應(yīng)當(dāng)適應(yīng)的新需求、需要解決的新問(wèn)題,以及亟待開(kāi)展的創(chuàng)新探索,2015年1月8日,奧鵬教育研究院與《中國(guó)遠(yuǎn)程教育》雜志社在深圳聯(lián)合舉辦了"圖變:現(xiàn)代遠(yuǎn)程教育與公共服務(wù)體系"高峰論壇。這次論壇以"圖變"為主題,邀請(qǐng)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的知名專家學(xué)者和業(yè)內(nèi)人士結(jié)合各自的研究與實(shí)踐成果,從不同的學(xué)術(shù)視角,分享研究與實(shí)踐的最新成果,針對(duì)遠(yuǎn)程教育以及公共服務(wù)體系改革和發(fā)展所涉及的較深層次的問(wèn)題發(fā)表創(chuàng)見(jiàn),梳理有待于在實(shí)踐中探索和研究的課題。國(guó)家開(kāi)放大學(xué)副校長(zhǎng)、《中國(guó)遠(yuǎn)程教育》主編嚴(yán)冰做了總結(jié)發(fā)言。現(xiàn)將論壇內(nèi)容梳理綜述如下,希望相關(guān)課題得到各方面更多的關(guān)注。
[Abstract]:The public service system of distance education has become an important thrust in the development of Modern Distance Education in China. It has clearly demonstrated its unique role and potential ability in the future education reform. With the development of the society, economy and information technology, with the deepening of the comprehensive reform in the field of education, especially in the middle and long term of the country. Since the program of education reform and development (2010-2020 years) has been promulgated and implemented, distance education in China is facing many new challenges and opportunities. Accordingly, the development of the public service system of distance education needs to be changed. In order to clarify and discuss the new needs that should be adapted to the "map change", the new problems that need to be solved, and the innovation that need to be carried out urgently. In January 8, 2015, the orpeng Institute of education and the China Distance Education and magazine jointly organized the summit of "map change: Modern Distance Education and public service system" in Shenzhen. This forum, with the theme of "map change", invites well-known experts from domestic and foreign related fields and industry personages to combine their research and practice results. In different academic perspectives and sharing the latest achievements in research and practice, the author makes a summary of the deeper issues involved in distance education and the reform and development of the public service system, and combs the subject to be explored and studied in practice. The vice president of the state Open University, China's remote education and editor in chief Yan made a summary statement. The contents of the forum are summarized as follows: we hope that relevant topics will receive more attention from all sides.
