中學(xué)生創(chuàng)傷后成長(zhǎng)、創(chuàng)傷后應(yīng)激障礙的發(fā)展趨勢(shì):心理復(fù)原力的預(yù)測(cè)效應(yīng)

【摘要】:以問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的方法對(duì)汶川震后初一年級(jí)的學(xué)生進(jìn)行2.5年的追蹤研究,通過(guò)多層線性模型(HLM)來(lái)探索創(chuàng)傷后成長(zhǎng)(PTG)和創(chuàng)傷后應(yīng)激障礙(PTSD)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)以及心理復(fù)原力對(duì)二者的預(yù)測(cè)效應(yīng)。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),隨著時(shí)間的發(fā)展,心理復(fù)原力僅在第二次施測(cè)時(shí)呈顯著下降趨勢(shì),PTSD與PTG均呈現(xiàn)出先下降后上升的非線性發(fā)展趨勢(shì);心理復(fù)原力的三個(gè)因子對(duì)PTG均有顯著的正向預(yù)測(cè)作用,力量因子對(duì)PTSD有顯著負(fù)向預(yù)測(cè)作用,其中,樂(lè)觀因子可進(jìn)一步預(yù)測(cè)PTG的發(fā)展速度,力量因子可進(jìn)一步預(yù)測(cè)PTSD的發(fā)展速度;在災(zāi)后中學(xué)生PTG的增長(zhǎng)、PTSD的降低中,心理復(fù)原力可以分別解釋18.87%和14.74%的變異。
[Abstract]:With the method of questionnaire survey, the first grade students in the first grade after Wenchuan earthquake were followed up for 2.5 years. A multilayer linear model (HLM) was used to explore the development trend of PTG and PTSDs and the predictive effect of resilience on them. The results showed that with the development of time, the resilience showed a significant downward trend only in the second test. Both PTSD and PTG showed a nonlinear trend of decreasing first and then rising. The three factors of psychological resilience had significant positive predictive effect on PTG, while the force factor had significant negative predictive effect on PTSD. Among them, the optimistic factor could further predict the development speed of PTG, and the force factor could further predict the development speed of PTSD. In the decrease of PTG in middle school students after the disaster, the resilience could explain 18.87% and 14.74% of the variation, respectively.
