中職生父母教養(yǎng)方式、自立人格與職業(yè)成熟度的關系研究

【摘要】:目的本文通過研究中職生的父母教養(yǎng)方式、自立人格和職業(yè)成熟度的關系,并探討他們職業(yè)成熟度的現(xiàn)狀及其影響因素,為中職生開展職業(yè)生涯教育與輔導提供參考依據(jù)。方法利用楊紅君、周世杰等編制的父母教養(yǎng)方式問卷(PBI)中文修訂版,夏凌翔、黃希庭編制的青少年學生自立人格量表,孫仲山等編制的職業(yè)成熟度量表,采用現(xiàn)況調(diào)查方法,于2014年5月,依據(jù)分層整群抽樣方法選擇淮北市三所中等職業(yè)技術學校學生,進行父母教養(yǎng)方式、自立人格與職業(yè)成熟度的調(diào)查研究,并運用SPSS 16.0軟件對數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計分析,方法包括統(tǒng)計描述、t檢驗、方差分析和兩兩比較的SNK法、相關與回歸分析,檢驗水準α=0.05。結果(1)中職生的職業(yè)成熟度:在個人調(diào)適、職業(yè)態(tài)度、價值觀念、條件評估方面,不同性別分布的差異有統(tǒng)計學意義;職業(yè)成熟度各維度在不同專業(yè)方面的差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義;信息應用維度在不同年級分布的差異有統(tǒng)計學意義;條件評估維度在不同生源地的分布差異有統(tǒng)計學意義;在自我認知和條件評估兩維度上,不同家庭經(jīng)濟狀況的差異有統(tǒng)計學意義。(2)父母教養(yǎng)方式:不同性別中職生在父親鼓勵支持維度上的差異有統(tǒng)計學意義;父母教養(yǎng)方式的各個維度在不同年級、家庭經(jīng)濟上的差異無統(tǒng)計學意義;在父親關愛維度上,不同專業(yè)的差異有統(tǒng)計學意義;在父親控制維度上,不同生源地的差異有統(tǒng)計學意義;父親控制維度在父親文化水平方面的差異有統(tǒng)計學意義;父親鼓勵支持和父親關愛維度在父親職業(yè)方面的差異有統(tǒng)計學意義;父母教養(yǎng)方式在母親職業(yè)和母親文化水平上的差異無統(tǒng)計學意義。(3)中職生自立人格:中職生自立人格的大多數(shù)維度在性別上的差異有統(tǒng)計學意義;在個人獨立、個人主動和個人靈活維度上的年級差異有統(tǒng)計學意義;在人際獨立、人際開放、個人獨立和個人主動維度上的專業(yè)差異有統(tǒng)計學意義;個人主動維度上的生源地差異有統(tǒng)計學意義;人際獨立和人際主動維度在家庭經(jīng)濟上的差異有統(tǒng)計學意義。(4)中職生職業(yè)成熟度、父母教養(yǎng)方式、自立人格相關分析:中職生職業(yè)成熟度與父母教養(yǎng)方式的母親關愛、父親關愛因子呈顯著的正相關;母親鼓勵支持和父親鼓勵支持維度與職業(yè)成熟度的大多數(shù)維度呈顯著正相關;母親控制、父親控制維度與職業(yè)成熟度各維度呈顯著的負相關;自立人格的十個維度中,只有個人靈活維度與職業(yè)成熟度呈負相關,其余均與職業(yè)成熟度呈顯著的正相關;母親關愛、母親鼓勵。父親關愛、父親鼓勵因子與自立人格的大多數(shù)維度呈正相關;而母親控制和父親控制因子與自立人格的大多數(shù)維度呈負相關。(5)中職生父母教養(yǎng)方式、自立人格對中職生職業(yè)成熟度的多元回歸分析:父親關愛、人際自立和個人自立對職業(yè)成熟度有著正向預測作用。結論中職生的職業(yè)成熟度與父母教養(yǎng)方式、自立人格密切相關。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the relationship between parenting style, self-reliance and professional maturity of secondary vocational students, and to explore the status and influencing factors of their career maturity, and to provide reference for secondary vocational students to carry out career education and guidance. Methods using Yang Hongjun and Zhou Jie et al. The revised edition, Xia Lingxiang and Huang Xiting's self-reliance personality scale for young students, Sun Zhongshan's professional maturity measurement, and the method of current status survey were used to select three secondary vocational and technical schools in Huaibei by stratified cluster sampling to investigate parental rearing patterns, self-reliance personality and career maturity. Study, and use SPSS 16 software to analyze the data, including statistical description, t test, variance analysis and 22 comparison SNK method, correlation and regression analysis, test level alpha =0.05. results (1) vocational maturity of secondary vocational students: the difference of gender distribution in personal adjustment, occupational state, value concept, condition assessment There are statistical significance in the differences of professional maturity in different professions; the difference in the distribution of information application dimensions in different grades is statistically significant; the distribution of condition assessment dimensions in different source places has statistical significance; in the two dimension of self cognition and condition assessment, different family classics are different. There were statistical significance in the difference of economic conditions. (2) parenting style: the differences in the dimensions of father's encouragement support were statistically significant in different sex secondary vocational students; there was no significant difference in family economic differences between the different grades of parental rearing styles in different grades; in the father's love dimension, the differences of different professions were statistically significant. In the father control dimension, the differences of different source places were statistically significant, father's control dimension had statistical significance in father's cultural level, father's encouragement support and father care dimension had statistical significance in father's occupation, and parental rearing style was in mother's career and mother culture level. There is no statistical significance in the differences. (3) the self standing personality of secondary vocational students: the majority of the self independent personality of secondary vocational students has statistical significance in gender differences; there is statistical significance in personal independence, personal initiative and individual flexibility dimension; in interpersonal independence, interpersonal openness, individual independence and personal initiative dimensions of the professional dimension. The difference was statistically significant; there was significant difference in the source area of the individual initiative; there was significant difference in the family economy between the interpersonal independence and the interpersonal initiative dimension. (4) the vocational maturity of the secondary vocational school students, the parental rearing style and the self-reliance personality analysis: the vocational maturity of secondary vocational students and the mother of parental rearing style. There was a significant positive correlation between love and father's care factor; mother's encouragement support and father's encouragement support dimension were positively correlated with most dimensions of career maturity; mother control, father control dimension had a significant negative correlation with the dimensions of professional maturity; among the ten dimensions of self-reliance, only the individual flexibility dimension and professional accomplishment were the only dimensions. The maturity showed a negative correlation, and the rest had a significant positive correlation with the professional maturity; mother care, mother encouragement, father care, father's encouragement factor and most dimensions of self-reliance; mother control and father control factor were negatively correlated with most dimensions of self-reliance personality. (5) secondary vocational students' parental rearing style and self-reliance The multiple regression analysis of vocational maturity of secondary vocational school students: father care, interpersonal self-reliance and personal independence have a positive predictive effect on career maturity. Conclusion vocational maturity of secondary vocational students is closely related to parental rearing style and self-reliance.
