【摘要】：教育質(zhì)量的提升關(guān)鍵在于教師素質(zhì)的提升,高校教師在未來(lái)本科教育信息化發(fā)展中起著重要作用。信息技術(shù)改變了傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)方式,改變了學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)方式,激發(fā)了學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。高校教師應(yīng)具備各種信息化應(yīng)用能力,包括教學(xué)信息素養(yǎng)、基本的信息系統(tǒng)運(yùn)用能力、教學(xué)資源設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)能力、基于教學(xué)平臺(tái)的綜合應(yīng)用能力和信息技術(shù)與課程整合能力等。提升高校教師的信息化應(yīng)用能力可以通過(guò)自主學(xué)習(xí)、協(xié)作學(xué)習(xí)、基本培訓(xùn)、訪學(xué)進(jìn)修和模仿學(xué)習(xí)等方式實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The key to the improvement of education quality lies in the improvement of teachers' quality. College teachers play an important role in the future development of undergraduate education information. Information technology has changed the traditional teaching method, changed the students' learning style and aroused the students' interest in learning. Teachers in colleges and universities should have all kinds of abilities of information application, including teaching information literacy, basic ability of using information system, ability of designing and developing teaching resources, comprehensive application ability based on teaching platform and ability of integrating information technology with curriculum, etc. It can be realized by autonomous learning, cooperative learning, basic training, visiting and learning, imitating learning and so on.
