【摘要】：目的:調(diào)查醫(yī)學實習生的心理健康狀況,探討分析影響醫(yī)學實習生心理健康狀況的因素。方法:采用癥狀自評量表(SCL-90)、應付方式問卷(CSQ)和青少年生活事件量表(ASLEC),對3所醫(yī)學院校197名醫(yī)學實習生和99名醫(yī)學在校生進行問卷調(diào)查并對結果進行分析。結果:醫(yī)學實習生強迫、抑郁、焦慮因子得分高于全國青年組常模(P0.01);醫(yī)學實習生除軀體化因子外,其他因子得分均高于醫(yī)學在校生;生活事件量表中各因子均與SCL-90總分呈正相關(P0.01);應對方式量表中自責和合理化兩因子與SCL-90總分呈正相關,解決問題和退避兩因子與其呈負相關(P0.05);多元回歸分析顯示,對醫(yī)學實習生心理健康而言,自責因子是危險因素,解決問題因子是保護因素。結論:醫(yī)學實習生的心理健康水平低于全國平均水平和在校醫(yī)學生,生活事件和應付方式能影響其心理健康。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the mental health status of medical interns and analyze the factors affecting their mental health. Methods: a total of 197 medical interns and 99 medical students in 3 medical colleges were investigated with SCL-90 (coping style questionnaire) and ASLEC (coping style questionnaire) and the results were analyzed. Results: the scores of compulsion, depression and anxiety in medical interns were higher than those in national youth group (P 0.01), except somatization, the scores of other factors were higher than those of medical students. All the factors in the life events scale were positively correlated with the total score of SCL-90 (P 0.01), the two factors of self-blame and rationalization in the coping style scale were positively correlated with the total score of SCL-90, and the two factors of problem solving and avoidance were negatively correlated with the total score of SCL-90 (P 0.05). For the mental health of medical interns, self-blame is a risk factor and problem-solving is a protective factor. Conclusion: the mental health level of medical intern is lower than the national average and medical students. Life events and coping style can affect their mental health.
