【摘要】：教育安全是國家安全不容忽視的一部分,而邊境教育的安全則是教育安全的一個重要組成部分。為客觀把握邊境教育安全的狀況、存在的問題,課題組先后對云南省多個邊境縣市開展了為期近3個月的調(diào)研。結(jié)果表明:我國邊境地區(qū)的義務(wù)教育事業(yè)取得了較大的發(fā)展,學(xué)生、家長對國家、民族、文化的認(rèn)同度較高,但是仍存在著對國家認(rèn)同教育重視不夠、學(xué)校教育脫離邊疆實(shí)際、辦學(xué)質(zhì)量不高以及忽視相鄰國家教育發(fā)展對我國邊境地區(qū)教育產(chǎn)生負(fù)面作用等影響邊境教育安全的顯性和隱性的因素。因此,教育需進(jìn)一步貼近邊境地區(qū)區(qū)位及多民族文化特色,強(qiáng)化國家認(rèn)同、中華文化多元一體認(rèn)同、優(yōu)化結(jié)構(gòu)、提高質(zhì)量、增強(qiáng)凝聚力、提高邊境教育安全的程度。
[Abstract]:The security of education is a part of national security, and the security of border education is an important part of the security of education. In order to objectively grasp the situation and problems of border education security, the research group has carried out research on several border counties and cities in Yunnan province for nearly 3 months. The results show that the compulsory education in the border areas of our country has made great progress. The students and parents have a high degree of identity to the country, nation and culture, but there is still insufficient attention to the education of national identity, and school education is divorced from the reality of the frontier. The overt and recessive factors which affect the security of border education are not high quality of running schools and neglecting the negative effects of the development of education in neighboring countries on the education in the border areas of our country. Therefore, education should be closer to the border area location and multi-national cultural characteristics, strengthen the national identity, Chinese culture multi-identity, optimize the structure, improve the quality, enhance cohesion, improve the degree of border education security.
