【摘要】:教育公平不僅是每個(gè)公民實(shí)現(xiàn)其受教育權(quán)的基本條件,也是社會(huì)和諧的必然要求。在我國(guó)城市化進(jìn)程中產(chǎn)生的農(nóng)民工群體,是我國(guó)城市建設(shè)的功臣,他們?cè)谡麄(gè)城市化過程中發(fā)揮了不可忽視的巨大作用。目前農(nóng)民工家庭化遷移的趨勢(shì)越來(lái)越明顯,他們帶到城市的子女的教育問題便引起大家的關(guān)注。農(nóng)民工建設(shè)了城市,城市也相應(yīng)的應(yīng)該解決他們子女的教育問題,讓他們的子女同城市孩子一樣享受平等的待遇。為此,國(guó)家努力保障其子女的教育公平,制定一系列的政策、不斷的在探索最有效的實(shí)現(xiàn)教育公平的方式。但是由于缺乏必要的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和實(shí)踐,很多方法在實(shí)際操作中沒有很好的解決問題。農(nóng)民工隨城子女在城市接受教育依舊存在諸多不公平的現(xiàn)象。很多國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)者對(duì)農(nóng)民工隨城子女教育公平問題進(jìn)行了研究,但大部分集中在其義務(wù)教育階段的教育上,缺乏對(duì)農(nóng)民工隨城子女學(xué)前教育階段和高中以及高中以后教育階段的教育公平問題的研究,更是少有對(duì)這個(gè)問題系統(tǒng)而全面的研究。對(duì)此,本文從教育公平的視角出發(fā),展開對(duì)農(nóng)民工隨城子女教育問題的研究?偨Y(jié)農(nóng)民工隨城子女的教育現(xiàn)狀,分析產(chǎn)生農(nóng)民工隨城子女的教育不公平現(xiàn)狀的原因,以此從教育學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)以及心理學(xué)等宏觀和微觀視角,提出解決問題的途徑和方法,力圖為改善農(nóng)民工隨城子女受教育的現(xiàn)狀提供有效的對(duì)策方法,這對(duì)于促進(jìn)農(nóng)民工隨城子女教育公平的實(shí)現(xiàn),進(jìn)而促進(jìn)社會(huì)公平和社會(huì)和諧發(fā)展,以及中國(guó)社會(huì)的穩(wěn)定和未來(lái)的發(fā)展具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。文章第一部分為緒論,主要梳理了文章的大體概況,介紹了選題的背景和依據(jù)、概括了研究的目的與意義、總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀以及歸納了文章研究的思路和方法。第二部分主要是相關(guān)理論和相關(guān)概念的界定,對(duì)文中應(yīng)用到的幾個(gè)理論進(jìn)行了說(shuō)明,解釋了農(nóng)民工、農(nóng)民工隨城子女以及教育公平的含義,并且列舉了針對(duì)農(nóng)民工隨城子女教育出臺(tái)的政策文件,為論文的寫作提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。第三部分分別從義務(wù)教育階段、學(xué)前教育階段以及高中及高中以上教育階段這三個(gè)階段描述農(nóng)民工隨城子女教育不公平的表現(xiàn),其中義務(wù)教育階段農(nóng)民工隨城子女的教育公平問題又分為在公辦學(xué)校就讀存在的問題、在民辦學(xué)校就讀存在的問題以及普遍存在的問題。論文第四部分總結(jié)了導(dǎo)致農(nóng)民工隨城子女教育不公平的主要原因,主要有制度不完善、法律不健全、流入地學(xué)校以及農(nóng)民工自身存在問題等幾個(gè)方面的原因。這一部分的研究為下文提出解決對(duì)策提供了方向和依據(jù)。第五部分主要從政府、學(xué)校、社會(huì)以及農(nóng)民工本身等方面提出了解決農(nóng)民工隨城子女教育公平問題的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Educational fairness is not only the basic condition for every citizen to realize his right to education, but also the inevitable requirement of social harmony. The peasant workers in the process of urbanization in our country, is the meritorious service of urban construction in our country, they have played an important role in the whole process of urbanization. At present, the trend of migrant workers' family migration is more and more obvious. Migrant workers have built cities, cities should also solve their children's education problems, so that their children and city children enjoy equal treatment. Therefore, the state strives to ensure the educational fairness of its children, formulates a series of policies, and continuously explores the most effective ways to realize the educational equity. However, due to the lack of necessary experience and practice, many methods in practice do not solve the problem well. There are still many unfair phenomena that migrant workers receive education in cities with their children. Many domestic scholars have studied the issue of education fairness of migrant workers' children in cities, but most of them focus on their compulsory education. There is a lack of research on the issue of educational equity in preschool education and high school and post-high school education of migrant workers, and there is also a lack of systematic and comprehensive research on this issue. From the perspective of educational equity, this paper studies the education of migrant workers with their children. This paper summarizes the present situation of the education of the children of migrant workers following the city, analyzes the causes of the educational unfairness of the children of the migrant workers with the city, and puts forward the ways and methods to solve the problems from the macro and micro perspectives of pedagogy, sociology and psychology. This paper tries to provide effective countermeasures for improving the status quo of the education of migrant workers' children in cities, which will promote the realization of the educational equity of migrant workers' children in cities, and then promote the social equity and harmonious development of the society. And China's social stability and future development has important practical significance. The first part of the article is an introduction, mainly combing the general situation of the article, introducing the background and basis of the topic, summarizing the purpose and significance of the research, summarizing the current research situation at home and abroad, and summarizing the ideas and methods of the article. The second part is mainly about the definition of relevant theories and related concepts. It explains several theories applied in this paper, and explains the meaning of migrant workers, migrant workers' children with cities and educational fairness. It also lists the policy documents for the education of migrant workers with their children, which provides a theoretical basis for the writing of the thesis. The third part describes the unfair education of migrant workers with their children from the stage of compulsory education, the stage of preschool education and the stage of high school and higher education. In the compulsory education stage, the educational fairness of migrant workers with their children is divided into the problems of studying in public schools, the problems in private schools and the problems in general. The fourth part of the paper summarizes the main reasons leading to the unfair education of migrant workers with their children, including imperfect system, imperfect laws, floating schools and the problems of migrant workers themselves, and so on. This part of the study for the following solutions to provide the direction and basis. The fifth part mainly from the government, school, society and migrant workers themselves and other aspects to solve the problem of migrant workers with children education equity countermeasures.
