【摘要】:正有質(zhì)量的均衡是讓不同社會階層、不同家庭背景的孩子,能夠坐在一個屋子里研討、學(xué)習(xí),能夠手拉手在操場上共同活動。三年前,教育部與全國31個省(自治區(qū)、直轄市)和新疆生產(chǎn)建設(shè)兵團(tuán)簽署了義務(wù)教育均衡發(fā)展備忘錄,標(biāo)志著中央同地方協(xié)同推進(jìn)義務(wù)教育均衡發(fā)展的機(jī)制基本形成。備忘錄中約定,2015年,全國實現(xiàn)義務(wù)教育基本均衡的縣(市、區(qū))比例要達(dá)到65%;到2020年,這一比例要達(dá)到95%。如今2015年已經(jīng)過半,義
[Abstract]:The quality balance is that children from different social classes and families can sit in one room to study, study and work hand in hand on the playground. Three years ago, the Ministry of Education and 31 provinces (autonomous regions). The signing of a memorandum on balanced development of compulsory education by the Xinjiang production and Construction Corps marks the basic formation of a mechanism for the central and local governments to coordinate and promote the balanced development of compulsory education. The proportion of counties (cities and districts) in which compulsory education is basically balanced in the whole country will reach 65 percent; by 2020, it will reach 95 percent.
