【摘要】："以文化人"是新的歷史時期以習近平為總書記的黨中央對宣傳思想工作以及對培育和踐行社會主義核心價值觀提出的新策略。要切實做到"以文化人",就要正確認識"以文化人"的層次性和復雜性。要正確認識"以文化人"的前提,正確認識文化的功用,正確看待文化的現(xiàn)實境遇,進而正確認識"以文化人"的層次性和復雜性。
