職校生網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮現(xiàn)象的心理分析與教育策略

【摘要】:網(wǎng)癮現(xiàn)象成為近年來心理學(xué)研究的熱點之一。本文以職校生為研究對象,采用問卷調(diào)查法,通過調(diào)查了解職校生網(wǎng)絡(luò)使用現(xiàn)狀與網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮狀況,探討網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮與應(yīng)對方式和生活滿意度之間的關(guān)系,分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮學(xué)生的心理狀況,并從積極心理學(xué)的角度為職校生網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮的預(yù)防和矯正提供新的視角,為職業(yè)學(xué)校開展網(wǎng)絡(luò)心理健康教育工作提供積極的教育理念。本研究共發(fā)放問卷620份,得到有效問卷523份,研究主要得到以下結(jié)論:(1)職校生群體中存在一定的網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮現(xiàn)象,網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮者和網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮邊緣者占總數(shù)的9.3%;(2)職校生在網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮上存在著性別和年級差異,男生比女生更容易網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮,二年級學(xué)生比一年級學(xué)生更容易網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮;(3)網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮群體所采用的應(yīng)對方式比正常群體更消極,即職校生的網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮與應(yīng)對方式呈現(xiàn)顯著的負(fù)相關(guān),應(yīng)對方式水平越低,其網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮傾向越嚴(yán)重;(4)網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮群體的生活滿意度水平要遠(yuǎn)低于正常群體,即職校生的網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮與生活滿意度存在非常顯著的負(fù)相關(guān),生活滿意度水平越低,其網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮傾向越嚴(yán)重。通過以上結(jié)論可以發(fā)現(xiàn),職校生網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮與其所采取的消極應(yīng)對方式和較低的生活滿意度有關(guān),并且網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮的原因是極其復(fù)雜的,是多方面因素共同作用導(dǎo)致的。在研究結(jié)論的基礎(chǔ)上,對職校生的網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮心理進(jìn)行分析,提出以積極心理學(xué)的視角看待網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮問題,職業(yè)學(xué)校要秉承積極的教育理念,利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)的優(yōu)勢消解網(wǎng)絡(luò)所產(chǎn)生的負(fù)面影響,建立專門的網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮干預(yù)小組對網(wǎng)癮學(xué)生進(jìn)行矯正,培養(yǎng)他們的興趣愛好,讓其在現(xiàn)實生活中體驗到樂趣和較高的生活滿意度。職業(yè)學(xué)校只有秉持積極的教育理念和積極的處理方式才可能真正解決職校生網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮問題。
[Abstract]:The phenomenon of Internet addiction has become one of the hotspots of psychology in recent years. This paper takes vocational school students as the research object, adopts the questionnaire method, through the investigation understanding vocational school student network use present situation and the network addiction condition. This paper probes into the relationship between internet addiction and coping style and life satisfaction, analyzes the psychological status of students with internet addiction, and provides a new perspective for the prevention and correction of internet addiction in vocational school students from the perspective of positive psychology. In this study, 620 questionnaires were sent out and 523 valid questionnaires were obtained. The main conclusions of the study are as follows: 1) there is a certain phenomenon of Internet addiction among vocational school students. There are gender and grade differences in Internet addiction among vocational school students. Boys are more likely to be addicted to Internet than girls. Second grade students are more prone to Internet addiction than first-year students. The coping style of Internet addiction group is more negative than that of normal group, that is, the Internet addiction of vocational school students is negatively correlated with coping style, and the level of coping style is lower. The more serious the tendency of iad is, the lower the life satisfaction level of iad group is, that is, there is a very significant negative correlation between iad and life satisfaction of vocational school students, and the lower the life satisfaction level, the lower the life satisfaction level. The more serious the tendency of iad is, the more serious it is. It can be found that iad among vocational school students is related to their negative coping style and low life satisfaction, and the reason of iad is extremely complicated. On the basis of the conclusion of the research, this paper analyzes the psychology of Internet addiction of vocational school students, and puts forward the view of positive psychology to treat the problem of Internet addiction, and vocational school should adhere to the positive educational idea. Using the advantages of the network to eliminate the negative effects of the network, set up a special network addiction intervention group to correct the Internet addiction students, cultivate their interests and hobbies, The vocational school only holds the positive education idea and the positive processing way can solve the problem of internet addiction of vocational school students.
