【摘要】：正有關(guān)中國(guó)特色新型智庫(kù)建設(shè)的重大意義、指導(dǎo)思想、基本原則和總體目標(biāo)以及管理體制改革、制度保障體系和組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)等,有關(guān)文件都進(jìn)行了深入闡釋,對(duì)加強(qiáng)中國(guó)特色新型智庫(kù)建設(shè)的主要任務(wù)和具體措施也做出了全面部署。新型教育智庫(kù)怎么搞?我認(rèn)為,深入學(xué)習(xí)和領(lǐng)會(huì)中央精神并結(jié)合教育的實(shí)際情況,可能是討論這個(gè)問(wèn)題的兩個(gè)重要方面。建設(shè)中國(guó)特色新型智庫(kù)是國(guó)家治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化的重要內(nèi)容,是黨和政府推進(jìn)科學(xué)民主決策的重要支撐。建設(shè)中國(guó)特
[Abstract]:Regarding the great significance, guiding ideology, basic principles and overall objectives of the construction of a new type of think-tank with Chinese characteristics, as well as the reform of the management system, the system guarantee system and the leadership of the organization, the relevant documents have been thoroughly explained. The main tasks and specific measures for strengthening the construction of the new type of think tanks with Chinese characteristics have also been comprehensively planned. In my opinion, in-depth study and understanding of the spirit of the Central Committee and combining with the actual situation of education may be two important aspects of discussing this issue. Building a new type of think-tank with Chinese characteristics is an important part of the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity. It is an important support for the Party and government to promote scientific and democratic decision-making.
