【摘要】：隨著城市化過程的發(fā)展,城市不斷向外圍擴(kuò)展,由于土地的利用從農(nóng)業(yè)變?yōu)楣ど虡I(yè)、居民區(qū)以及其他職能,在接近鄉(xiāng)村地區(qū)形成城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部,并建設(shè)了具備城市相關(guān)功能服務(wù)設(shè)施,從而形成的城市與鄉(xiāng)村連接交叉的地區(qū)。地處城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部的學(xué)校聚集著大量外來務(wù)工經(jīng)商人員及其子女,這是一個(gè)介于城市教育和農(nóng)村教育之間的一個(gè)特殊群體。承擔(dān)著外來務(wù)工人員子女生源校的社會(huì)責(zé)任,承擔(dān)著城市均衡教育的工作責(zé)任,以保障每個(gè)孩子平等受教育的權(quán)利。促進(jìn)外來務(wù)工人員子女形成良好學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣,不僅可以促進(jìn)外來務(wù)工子女的成長成才,減輕家庭負(fù)擔(dān),還可以提高辦學(xué)效益,成為城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部學(xué)校發(fā)展的首要課題。本文主要關(guān)注石家莊市城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部外來務(wù)工人員初中子女學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題和對(duì)策研究,首先,以石家莊城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部的三所中學(xué)的外來務(wù)工人員初中子女為研究被試,通過文獻(xiàn)法、問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法了解其學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣現(xiàn)狀,分析其學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣特點(diǎn)及成因;其次,根據(jù)對(duì)其分析找出培養(yǎng)學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的有效途徑。力求最大限度的促進(jìn)石家莊市城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部學(xué)校外來務(wù)工人員子女的健康成長。希望此研究可以為外來務(wù)工初中子女培養(yǎng)良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣提供可行性建議和策略。
[Abstract]:With the development of urbanization, the city has been expanding to the periphery. As the use of land has changed from agriculture to industry and commerce, residential areas and other functions, close to the rural areas to form urban and rural areas. And the construction has the city related function service facility, thus forms the city and the countryside to connect the intersection area. The school which is located in the urban and rural junction area gathers a large number of migrant workers and businessmen and their children. This is a special group between urban education and rural education. It bears the social responsibility of the school of migrant workers' children and the work responsibility of urban balanced education. In order to ensure the equal right of every child to receive education and to promote the children of migrant workers to form good study habits, it can not only promote the growth of migrant children, reduce the burden on families, but also improve the efficiency of running a school. This paper focuses on the current situation, problems and countermeasures of the study habits of migrant workers in Shijiazhuang. Taking the children of migrant workers in three middle schools in Shijiazhuang as the research subjects, through the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview to understand the current situation of their learning habits, analyze the characteristics and causes of their learning habits; Second. According to the analysis, we find out the effective way to cultivate the study habit, and try our best to promote the healthy growth of the children of migrant workers in Shijiazhuang city. I hope this study can be used for the children of migrant workers in junior middle school. Develop good study habits to provide feasible suggestions and strategies.
