【摘要】：本文以建筑學(xué)、特殊教育學(xué)、行為建筑學(xué)等多學(xué)科為理論研究的依據(jù),研究?jī)和＠褐袃和逃梅亢图寄苡梅�。通過文獻(xiàn)閱讀、實(shí)地調(diào)研、案例分析等研究方法,對(duì)兒童福利院的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和建筑設(shè)計(jì)要素進(jìn)行分析,其中包括對(duì)兒童福利院建筑設(shè)計(jì)的總平面圖、建設(shè)規(guī)模、建筑用房組成、功能分區(qū)、建筑交通流線、建筑空間設(shè)計(jì)等多方面進(jìn)行了分析。本文分析兒童福利院教育和技能培訓(xùn)用房的功能構(gòu)成和空間設(shè)計(jì)的影響因素,包括對(duì)兒童年齡、心理與行為特征、教學(xué)方法與要求、政策與法規(guī)、規(guī)范要求等方面進(jìn)行分析。總結(jié)出兒童福利院中兒童教育用房,兒童技能培訓(xùn)用房的功能構(gòu)成與空間布局。對(duì)兒童福利院中兒童教育用房和兒童技能培訓(xùn)用房進(jìn)行研究與樣圖設(shè)計(jì),研究出適合孤殘兒童使用的教育用房和技能培訓(xùn)用房的設(shè)計(jì)方法與設(shè)計(jì)原則。在符合《兒童福利院建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)于兒童教育和技能培訓(xùn)用房的空間尺度、空間功能劃分、設(shè)備設(shè)施配置以及室內(nèi)細(xì)部設(shè)計(jì)等進(jìn)行深入的研究。研究設(shè)計(jì)出兒童福利院教育和技能培訓(xùn)用房建筑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)樣圖。本文研究成果經(jīng)過中華人民共和國民政部和住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部的審批,作為國家建筑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)圖集14J818—《兒童福利院標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)樣圖》的重要組成部分。兒童福利院教育和技能培訓(xùn)用房標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)樣圖適用于兒童福利院新建、改建和擴(kuò)建工程,社會(huì)福利院中的兒童部等機(jī)構(gòu)的建設(shè)參考使用,同時(shí)為相關(guān)設(shè)施的建設(shè)單位、管理單位、建筑設(shè)計(jì)等單位的有關(guān)人員,以及相關(guān)專業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)及設(shè)備企業(yè)人員參考選用。本文研究作為兒童福利院建筑設(shè)計(jì)理論研究,為兒童福利院建筑設(shè)計(jì)及兒童教育和培訓(xùn)用房設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the architecture, special education, behavioral architecture and other disciplines as the basis of theoretical research, children's education of children's welfare in housing and housing. Skills by reading the literature, field research, case studies and other research methods to analyze the children's welfare development and architectural design elements, including the general plane on the map, design of building children's welfare housing construction scale, construction, function zoning, building traffic flow, analyzes the architectural space design. This paper analysis the influence factors of children's welfare education and skills training with real function and space design, including the children's age, psychological and behavioral characteristics with the requirements, teaching methods, policies and regulations, regulatory requirements and other aspects were analyzed. Summed up the real education for children in the orphanage, and empty room function in children with skill training Room layout. The education of the children in the welfare of children and children with real skill training with real research and layout, study for the disabled children use education and skills training for the real design method and real design principle. In line with the "Child Welfare Construction Standards >, for children's education and skills the training room space scale, space function, in-depth study of the equipment and facilities and interior design in detail. The research design of children's welfare education and skills training for building standard design drawings. The results of this study through the examination and approval of People's Republic of China Ministry of civil affairs and the Ministry of housing and urban rural construction, as the national building standard design drawings 14J818 -" child welfare standard design drawings > is an important part of the children's welfare. Education and skills training for the real design sample standard applicable to children. The new, renovation and expansion project, the children in social welfare agencies such as the Department of construction for reference, at the same time for the construction of facilities management units, units, and other units of the relevant personnel of architectural design, and related professional design and equipment selection. This paper studies the enterprise personnel as the design theory of building child welfare provide a reference for the design of children's Welfare Institute of architectural design and children's education and training room.
