【摘要】:文化是一個(gè)民族生存的根基,是一個(gè)民族發(fā)展的靈魂和動(dòng)力,同時(shí)文化也一個(gè)民族區(qū)別于其他民族的重要標(biāo)志,如果一個(gè)民族失去其獨(dú)特的文化則意味著這個(gè)民族的消亡。在當(dāng)今世界復(fù)雜多變的形勢(shì)中,文化軟實(shí)力競(jìng)爭(zhēng)已經(jīng)成為衡量一個(gè)國(guó)家綜合國(guó)力強(qiáng)弱的首要因素。十八大報(bào)告明確提出:扎實(shí)推進(jìn)社會(huì)主義文化強(qiáng)國(guó)建設(shè),增強(qiáng)文化整體實(shí)力和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,關(guān)鍵是增強(qiáng)全民族文化創(chuàng)造活力。十八大三中全會(huì)又進(jìn)一步提出了完善中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化教育的具體要求,為了貫徹落實(shí)黨中央的教育精神,堅(jiān)持立德樹人的根本教育任務(wù),教育部于2014年3月26日印發(fā)了關(guān)于《完善中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化教育指導(dǎo)綱要》的通知。因此,積極探索我國(guó)新時(shí)期學(xué)校德育傳承各少數(shù)民族優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化是教育界的一大任務(wù)。本文是以馬克思主義德育理論為科學(xué)指導(dǎo),關(guān)于在學(xué)校德育的視角下如何傳承和發(fā)展各少數(shù)民族優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的問(wèn)題。論文的主要內(nèi)容分為以下四章:第一章,新時(shí)期學(xué)校德育與民族優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化。主要是介紹我國(guó)新時(shí)期學(xué)校德育的功能和內(nèi)容,民族傳統(tǒng)文化的類型和特點(diǎn),各民族優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化蘊(yùn)含著豐富的德育資源。第二章,新時(shí)期學(xué)校德育傳承民族優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的必要性。主要介紹學(xué)校德育傳承各少數(shù)民族優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的依據(jù),地位和功能。第三章,新時(shí)期學(xué)校德育傳承民族優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化存在的問(wèn)題。主要介紹新時(shí)期學(xué)校德育傳承民族傳統(tǒng)文化的現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況,產(chǎn)生的問(wèn)題及原因。第四章,新時(shí)期學(xué)校德育傳承民族優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的對(duì)策分析。主要介紹新時(shí)期學(xué)校德育傳承民族優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的理論指導(dǎo),教材編寫和課程的開發(fā),德育教育者綜合素質(zhì)的提高,優(yōu)化校園民族文化環(huán)境的建設(shè)等。
[Abstract]:Culture is the foundation of the survival of a nation, the soul and motive force of the development of a nation. At the same time, culture is also an important symbol that distinguishes a nation from other nationalities. If a nation loses its unique culture, it means the disappearance of this nation. The competition of cultural soft power has become the primary factor to measure the strength of a country's comprehensive national strength. The 18 report clearly put forward: to promote the construction of the socialist cultural power in a down-to-earth manner and to enhance the overall strength and competitiveness of the culture. The key is to strengthen the vitality of the national culture creation. The third Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee further put forward the specific requirements for improving the education of Chinese excellent traditional culture in order to carry out the education spirit of the CPC Central Committee. In March 26th 2014, the Ministry of Education issued a circular on the guiding Program of perfecting Chinese excellent traditional Culture and Education. It is a great task for the educational circles to actively explore the inheritance of the excellent traditional culture of the minority nationalities in the school moral education of our country in the new period. This article is guided by Marxist moral education theory. On how to inherit and develop the excellent traditional culture of minority nationalities in the perspective of school moral education. The main content of this paper is divided into four chapters: chapter one. The main purpose of this paper is to introduce the functions and contents of school moral education in the new period and the types and characteristics of national traditional culture. The excellent traditional culture of each nationality contains abundant moral education resources. Chapter two. The necessity of inheriting the excellent traditional culture of the nation in the school moral education in the new period. It mainly introduces the basis, status and function of the inheritance of the excellent traditional culture of the minority nationalities in the school moral education. Chapter three. The problems existing in the inheritance of national excellent traditional culture in school moral education in the new period. This paper mainly introduces the realistic situation, problems and reasons of inheriting the national traditional culture of school moral education in the new period. 4th chapter. This paper mainly introduces the theoretical guidance, textbook compilation and curriculum development of school moral education in the new period. Moral education educators improve their comprehensive quality and optimize the construction of campus national cultural environment.
