【摘要】:為了充分利用MOOC大規(guī)模開放施教和移動學(xué)習(xí)的便捷優(yōu)勢,將二者有機(jī)結(jié)合生成解決崗位實踐問題的移動MOOC微課程,有助于廣大在崗者習(xí)得解決崗位實踐問題的新技能,實現(xiàn)對MOOC學(xué)歷教育的超越。研發(fā)這樣的微課程,需要遵守校企合作、模塊化、有助于真實問題解決的原則,從建設(shè)行業(yè)網(wǎng)站入手,確保移動MOOC知識、技能訓(xùn)練的專業(yè)化。通過虛擬仿真技術(shù),研發(fā)出模擬現(xiàn)場實訓(xùn)的移動仿真教學(xué)平臺,突破崗位技能訓(xùn)練難點;在移動MOOC課程研發(fā)上,按照學(xué)生特征分析、工作任務(wù)分解、創(chuàng)生課程模塊的流程實施;為保證移動MOOC研發(fā)的高質(zhì)量,需要政府牽頭、行業(yè)主導(dǎo),引入市場競爭機(jī)制。這種由行業(yè)和對口大學(xué)協(xié)同研發(fā)的移動MOOC,不僅可以免費為行業(yè)職工提供移動MOOC學(xué)習(xí)平臺;而且能夠確保移動MOOC實施的高質(zhì)量,全面提高我國職前培訓(xùn)水平,增強(qiáng)從業(yè)者解決實際問題的能力。
[Abstract]:In order to make full use of the advantages of convenient MOOC massive open teaching and mobile learning, the organic combination of the two generation mobile MOOC to solve the problem of micro post practice curriculum, new skills to help the learners to solve problems in practice, implementation of the MOOC beyond education. To develop such a micro curriculum, we need to abide by the principles of school enterprise cooperation, modularity and help to solve real problems. We should start with the website of the construction industry to ensure the professionalization of mobile MOOC knowledge and skills training. Through the virtual simulation technology, the development of mobile simulation teaching platform simulated field training, job skills training breakthrough difficulty; in the course of mobile MOOC development, analysis, according to the characteristics of the student work task decomposition, curriculum enactment module implementation process; in order to ensure the high quality of mobile MOOC development, need the government to take the lead, leading industry, the introduction of market competition mechanism. The mobile MOOC, which is developed by industry and counterpart universities, can not only provide mobile MOOC learning platform free for the industry employees, but also ensure the high quality of mobile MOOC implementation, comprehensively improve the level of pre service training in China, and enhance practitioners' ability to solve practical problems.
