【摘要】：目的探討上海市7～18歲兒童少年骨齡與第二性征的相關(guān)性,驗(yàn)證利用第二性征分度推導(dǎo)骨齡方法的可行性。方法隨機(jī)整群抽取上海市黃浦區(qū)中小學(xué)生1 034名,拍攝左手正位X線片,采用RUS-CHN評價(jià)方法確定男、女兒童少年的骨齡值,并鑒定第二性征分度。對骨齡值和第二性征分度進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析。結(jié)果男童少年骨齡與陰毛分度的相關(guān)系數(shù)r值為0.911(P0.01),回歸方程y^=7.435+2.491x;骨齡與睪丸分度的相關(guān)系數(shù)r值為0.903(P0.01),回歸方程y^=6.215+2.303x。女童少年骨齡與陰毛分度的相關(guān)系數(shù)r值為0.862(P0.01),回歸方程y^=7.247+1.661x;骨齡與乳房分度的相關(guān)系數(shù)r值為0.858(P0.01),回歸方程y^=6.711+1.396x。結(jié)論上海地區(qū)男、女兒童少年骨齡與第二性征分度均存在正相關(guān)。利用本研究中制定的男、女兒童少年第二性征推導(dǎo)骨齡對照表可對青少年生長發(fā)育程度進(jìn)行簡易、快速的鑒定。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between bone age and secondary sexual characteristics of children aged 7 to 18 years old in Shanghai, and to verify the feasibility of using secondary sex characteristics to deduce bone age. Methods 1 034 primary and middle school students in Huangpu District of Shanghai were randomly selected, and the left hand positive X-ray films were taken. The bone age of male and female children and adolescents were determined by RUS-CHN evaluation method, and the second sexual characteristics were identified. The correlation between bone age and secondary sex index was analyzed. Results the correlation coefficient between bone age and pubic hair grading was 0.911 (P0.01), the regression equation was y ^ 7.435 2.491x. the correlation coefficient between bone age and testicular grading was 0.903 (P0.01), and the regression equation was y = 6.215 2.303x. The correlation coefficient between bone age and pubic hair grading was 0.862 (P0.01), the regression equation was y ^ 7.247 1.661x. the correlation coefficient between bone age and breast grading was 0.858 (P0.01), and the regression equation was y ^ 6.711 1.396x. Conclusion there is a positive correlation between bone age and secondary sex score in boys and girls in Shanghai. The bone age comparison table of male and female children and adolescents can be used to identify the growth and development degree of adolescents.
