國際學(xué)業(yè)成就測評的發(fā)展動因、政策回應(yīng)與積極影響

【摘要】:國際學(xué)業(yè)成就測評的興起既源于借鑒他國教育經(jīng)驗以推動教育改革、保障全民平等享受高質(zhì)量教育、完善本國教育質(zhì)量監(jiān)測體系等需要,也得益于國際和區(qū)域性教育組織的推動以及測評技術(shù)的日趨成熟等因素。雖然面臨諸多批評,但國際學(xué)業(yè)成就測評對建立全球教育質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、揭示本國教育現(xiàn)狀與國際地位、完善教育質(zhì)量監(jiān)測體系、搭建教師經(jīng)驗交流平臺等方面仍產(chǎn)生了積極影響。
[Abstract]:The rise of international assessment of academic achievement stems from the need to learn from other countries' educational experiences in order to promote educational reform, guarantee the equal enjoyment of high-quality education for all, and improve the monitoring system of educational quality in our country. It also benefits from the promotion of international and regional educational organizations and the maturation of evaluation techniques. Although there are many criticisms, the evaluation of international academic achievement still has a positive effect on establishing the global education quality standard, revealing the present situation and international status of education in our country, perfecting the monitoring system of educational quality, and setting up a platform for the exchange of teachers' experience.

[Abstract]:The rise of international assessment of academic achievement stems from the need to learn from other countries' educational experiences in order to promote educational reform, guarantee the equal enjoyment of high-quality education for all, and improve the monitoring system of educational quality in our country.
