社會轉(zhuǎn)型期學(xué)生道德創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前我國進(jìn)入了社會轉(zhuǎn)型這一特殊時期,開始了由農(nóng)業(yè)社會步入工業(yè)社會,從計劃經(jīng)濟(jì)步入市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的進(jìn)程,我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化等各個方面都取得了重大的發(fā)展。但與此同時,社會轉(zhuǎn)型中新舊制度的沖突的加劇、全球化、價值觀的多元化等的變化也使得人們的道德生活日益復(fù)雜。在社會轉(zhuǎn)型引發(fā)的多樣化、多化元的大背景下,原有的道德規(guī)范和原則已經(jīng)不足以解決新的道德問題,導(dǎo)致了一系列道德失范行為的發(fā)生。這些道德沖突和道德失范要求人們具備創(chuàng)造適應(yīng)社會發(fā)展的新道德的能力。也就是德育要設(shè)定社會轉(zhuǎn)型時期的新目標(biāo)——培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的道德創(chuàng)新能力。 培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的道德創(chuàng)新能力既是社會轉(zhuǎn)型的現(xiàn)實(shí)需求,又是德育理論的時代課題。本文對道德創(chuàng)新能力做了系統(tǒng)的理論分析。道德創(chuàng)新能力是指道德主體在對道德發(fā)展的各種因素進(jìn)行整體認(rèn)知、分析、綜合、協(xié)同的基礎(chǔ)上,對原有的道德觀念和道德規(guī)范進(jìn)行改造和創(chuàng)新,從而使道德主體能夠自如地應(yīng)對千變?nèi)f化的道德生活的能力。擁有道德創(chuàng)新能力可以使學(xué)生在社會轉(zhuǎn)型時期多變的道德生活中創(chuàng)新道德規(guī)范,從而能夠從容應(yīng)對復(fù)雜的道德問題,在創(chuàng)新道德規(guī)范的過程中創(chuàng)新自我、提升自我,過上美好的道德生活。對道德創(chuàng)新能力的系統(tǒng)分析和探討有利于確立道德創(chuàng)新能力在當(dāng)今德育中的重要地位,,為探尋培養(yǎng)學(xué)生道德創(chuàng)新能力的對策奠定良好基礎(chǔ)。 本文主要采用文獻(xiàn)研究法、多學(xué)科整合研究的方法、理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的方法、馬克思主義人學(xué)的理論與方法對道德創(chuàng)新能力及其培養(yǎng)開展理論研究。 本論文為由下四個部分構(gòu)成: 第一部分為引言,主要論述論文研究的緣起及研究意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究思路與方法、研究的創(chuàng)新設(shè)想。 第二部分對道德創(chuàng)新能力進(jìn)行了理論分析。首先對道德創(chuàng)新能力的相關(guān)概念做了厘定。進(jìn)而分析了道德創(chuàng)新能力的本質(zhì)、表現(xiàn)、特征和地位。論文認(rèn)為道德創(chuàng)新能力是主體創(chuàng)新性、主體性本質(zhì)的表現(xiàn),是一種推動個體及社會發(fā)展的生產(chǎn)力;具有可塑性、求善性、綜合性的特征;道德創(chuàng)新能力表現(xiàn)為主體創(chuàng)新性地運(yùn)用已有的道德規(guī)范的能力,提出新的道德規(guī)范的能力,創(chuàng)新道德自我的能力和創(chuàng)造美好的道德生活的能力。最后分析了道德創(chuàng)新能力的地位,提出它是一般道德能力的綜合體現(xiàn),是一種高級的道德能力。道德創(chuàng)新能力的發(fā)展以一般道德能力為基礎(chǔ),在道德能力體系中有著重要地位。 第三部分分析了社會轉(zhuǎn)型時期培養(yǎng)道德創(chuàng)新能力的必要性。本部分首先指明,我國已進(jìn)入社會轉(zhuǎn)型深化發(fā)展的階段,進(jìn)而分析了社會轉(zhuǎn)型的概況,指出社會轉(zhuǎn)型分為政治轉(zhuǎn)型、經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型、文化轉(zhuǎn)型、德育轉(zhuǎn)型、道德轉(zhuǎn)型等多個方面,這些轉(zhuǎn)型帶來了一系列的社會問題和道德問題,引起了道德沖突和道德失范。最后,指明道德創(chuàng)新能力的培養(yǎng)在社會轉(zhuǎn)型時期的必要性。 第四部分是社會轉(zhuǎn)型時期道德創(chuàng)新能力的培養(yǎng)策略。本文認(rèn)為學(xué)生的道德創(chuàng)新能力的培養(yǎng),是一項艱巨的工程,因此要對傳統(tǒng)德育進(jìn)行改革與創(chuàng)新,把創(chuàng)新德育理念、創(chuàng)造德育氛圍、豐富德育內(nèi)容,改革德育方法結(jié)合起來,圍繞培養(yǎng)學(xué)生道德創(chuàng)新能力這一主題,開展德育活動。
[Abstract]:At present, our country has entered the special period of social transformation, starting from the agricultural society into the industrial society, from the planned economy into the process of market economy, the economic, political, cultural and other aspects of our country have made great progress. At the same time, the conflict of the new and old systems in the social transformation is intensifying, globalization, and many values. The change of the meta - chemistry also makes the people's moral life increasingly complex. In the background of the diversification and the diversification of the social transformation, the original moral norms and principles have not been enough to solve the new moral problems and lead to a series of moral anomie. These moral conflicts and moral anomie require people to have a creative adaptation. The new moral ability of social development, that is, moral education should set a new goal in the period of social transformation - to cultivate students'moral innovation ability.
The cultivation of students' moral innovation ability is not only the realistic demand of social transformation, but also an epoch subject of moral theory. This paper makes a systematic theoretical analysis of moral innovation ability. The moral innovation ability refers to the moral concept, on the basis of the overall cognition, analysis, synthesis and coordination of various factors of moral development, on the basis of the original moral concept. The reform and innovation of moral norms enable the moral subject to cope with the ability of the ever-changing moral life. With the ability of moral innovation, the students can innovate moral norms in the changeable moral life in the period of social transformation, so that they can cope with the complex moral problems and innovate the moral standards. The systematic analysis and discussion of the ability of moral innovation is helpful to establish the important position of moral innovation ability in moral education and lay a good foundation for exploring the countermeasures to cultivate the students' moral innovation ability.
This article mainly adopts the method of literature research, the method of multidisciplinary integration research, the method of combining theory with practice, the theory and method of Marx's humanism, and the theoretical research on the ability of moral innovation and its cultivation.
This paper is composed of the following four parts:
The first part is the introduction, mainly discussing the origin and significance of the research, the research status at home and abroad, research ideas and methods, research innovative ideas.
The second part makes a theoretical analysis of the ability of moral innovation. First, the concept of moral innovation ability is defined. Then the essence, performance, characteristics and status of moral innovation ability are analyzed. The paper holds that the moral innovation ability is the main innovation of the subject, the manifestation of the essence of the subject and the productive force for the development of the individual and the society. It has the characteristics of plasticity, good nature and comprehensiveness; the ability of moral innovation is the ability of the main body to use the existing moral standards, the ability of new moral norms, the ability to innovate the moral self and the ability to create a better moral life. Finally, the status of the moral innovation ability is analyzed, and it is put forward that it is the general way. The comprehensive embodiment of moral ability is a kind of advanced moral ability. The development of moral innovation ability is based on the general moral ability and has an important position in the system of moral ability.
The third part analyzes the necessity of cultivating moral innovation ability in the period of social transformation. This part first points out that China has entered the stage of deepening the development of social transformation, and then analyzes the general situation of social transformation, and points out that social transformation is divided into political transformation, economic transformation, cultural transformation, moral transformation, moral transformation and so on. It brings a series of social and moral problems, which has caused moral conflict and moral anomie. Finally, it points out the necessity of the cultivation of moral innovation ability in the period of social transformation.
The fourth part is the training strategy of moral innovation ability in the period of social transformation. This article holds that the cultivation of students' moral innovation ability is an arduous project. Therefore, it is necessary to reform and innovate the traditional moral education, and combine the ideas of moral education, create the atmosphere of moral education, enrich the internal capacity of moral education, and reform the methods of moral education, and focus on the cultivation of students' way. The theme of virtue innovation ability is to carry out moral education activities.
