【摘要】：師德建設(shè)的現(xiàn)代性不僅是師德教育問題,而且與市場經(jīng)濟(jì)、學(xué)校教師管理模式、教師的資質(zhì)、教師的地位和待遇以及整體社會(huì)環(huán)境密切相關(guān)。目前,在師德建設(shè)方面,學(xué)校普遍采取行政化管理模式,由此造成了眾多弊端,表現(xiàn)出教師不應(yīng)有的"消極被動(dòng)性",這與以愛和創(chuàng)造性為核心的師德涵義漸行漸遠(yuǎn)。加強(qiáng)現(xiàn)代師德建設(shè),必須著眼于教師管理模式的轉(zhuǎn)變,開發(fā)蘊(yùn)藏在廣大教師身上的道德主體意識,即一種體現(xiàn)愛和創(chuàng)造性的師德智慧。
[Abstract]:The modernity of the construction of teacher ethics is not only a problem of teacher ethics education, but also closely related to market economy, school teacher management model, teacher's qualification, teacher's status and treatment as well as the overall social environment. The "passive passivity" is gradually far from the meaning of the teacher's morality at the core of love and creativity. To strengthen the construction of modern teachers' morality, we must focus on the transformation of the mode of teacher management and develop the moral consciousness of the teachers, that is, the wisdom of teachers and morality embodying love and creativity.
