大學(xué)英語課堂教師行為評價

教與學(xué)是外語教育中的兩個方面。教師的教與學(xué)生的學(xué)是教育學(xué)所包含的兩個重要內(nèi)涵。教學(xué)相長,相輔相成,所有的教學(xué)活動都離不開這兩項內(nèi)容并圍繞其展開。因此,要提高教學(xué)效果,促進更好的學(xué)習(xí),我們除了要研究學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí),我們也要研究教師的教。教師的教直接影響學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)觀念、方法和學(xué)習(xí)效果。對于老師的教,我們既可以用學(xué)生考試成績來作為對老師的教學(xué)效果的判定,也可以通過課堂教學(xué)行為的觀察等形式來作出評價。教師評價從上個世紀(jì)五十年代形成以來,越來越受到教育界的認(rèn)可和重視。教師課堂行為評價是教師評價的一個重要組成部分,教師行為評價能較及時、全面地反映教學(xué)過程中各種因素的現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)展和變化。獲取教師教學(xué)評價資料,對于提高教師評價的全面性和準(zhǔn)確性具有重要的意義。關(guān)于教師評價行為,國內(nèi)的研究主要集中在教育學(xué)方面,但幾乎沒有人將這一課題引入到外語教學(xué)課堂中。國外在這方面的研究也不多,僅是在近二十年內(nèi)才受到教育界的關(guān)注,但人們對此問題的關(guān)注及研究明顯呈上升趨勢。外語教育在我國由來已久,但真正廣泛、規(guī)范的外語教學(xué)僅僅二三十年的時間。大學(xué)英語教學(xué),正經(jīng)歷著一場變革。教學(xué)大綱、教材、教學(xué)模式、測試體系都在逐步變化。為了更好迎...
