【摘要】：校園文化作為一種文化現(xiàn)象由來已久，它與學(xué)校的產(chǎn)生、發(fā)展是一脈相承的。隨著對校園文化重視程度的加深，學(xué)術(shù)界對校園文化理論的研究也日趨深入。從1986年前后校園文化理論研究的興起到近年來校園文化理論體系的基本確立，校園文化研究已從基礎(chǔ)理論的關(guān)注轉(zhuǎn)向?qū)?yīng)用理論的拓展，并取得了豐碩的成果。特別是近年來，中國改革開放步伐的不斷加大使得大量外來文化涌入中國，出現(xiàn)了多元文化的局面。多元文化的交融和碰撞對中國社會文化特別是對中國高校校園文化產(chǎn)生了巨大的影響。一方面有利于高校校園文化吸收與借鑒外來文化，，實現(xiàn)高校校園文化的國際化；另一方面則沖擊著高校校園文化對傳統(tǒng)文化的吸收和傳承，在一定程度上，導(dǎo)致了高校校園人傳統(tǒng)人文精神的缺失，因而使得本國的高校校園文化缺乏民族特色，出現(xiàn)“千校一律，千校一面”的現(xiàn)象。近年來校園文化建設(shè)逐漸成為學(xué)界研究的熱點，同時也取得了相對豐富的成果，但是，當(dāng)前對校園文化的研究重點關(guān)注的主要是校園文化的國際化，而對校園文化的民族化則研究的比較薄弱。本文即在己有研究的基礎(chǔ)上，從這一角度所作研究嘗試。 本文對中國傳統(tǒng)人文精神界定在一定范圍的前提下，運用教育文化學(xué)等相關(guān)學(xué)科的理論，提出了中國傳統(tǒng)人文精神在高校校園文化建設(shè)中的價值，并試圖探討中國傳統(tǒng)人文精神在高校校園文化建設(shè)中的價值實現(xiàn)。本文不僅在理論上分析了中國傳統(tǒng)人文精神在高校校園文化建設(shè)中的缺失現(xiàn)狀，而且還進行了深入的原因分析，最后從實踐的角度提出在高校校園文化建設(shè)中弘揚中國傳統(tǒng)人文精神的建議和措施。從而真正發(fā)揮中國傳統(tǒng)人文精神的優(yōu)勢，建設(shè)新時期富有民族特色的高校校園文化。
[Abstract]:Campus culture as a cultural phenomenon has a long history, it and the emergence of the school, the development of the same line. With the deepening of attention to campus culture, academic research on campus culture theory is becoming more and more in-depth. From the rise of the theoretical research of campus culture around 1986 to the basic establishment of the theoretical system of campus culture in recent years, the research of campus culture has shifted from the attention of the basic theory to the expansion of the applied theory, and has achieved fruitful results. Especially in recent years, with the increasing pace of China's reform and opening up, a large number of foreign cultures have poured into China, resulting in a multicultural situation. The blending and collision of multiculturalism has a great influence on Chinese social culture, especially on the campus culture of Chinese colleges and universities. On the one hand, it is beneficial for the campus culture of colleges and universities to absorb and draw lessons from foreign cultures and realize the internationalization of the campus culture of colleges and universities; on the other hand, it impacts the absorption and inheritance of the traditional culture of the campus culture of colleges and universities, to a certain extent, leads to the lack of traditional humanistic spirit of the campus people of colleges and universities, thus making the campus culture of our country lack of national characteristics and the phenomenon of "one side of one thousand schools". In recent years, the construction of campus culture has gradually become the focus of academic research, and has also made relatively rich achievements. However, the current research on campus culture mainly focuses on the internationalization of campus culture, while the research on the nationalization of campus culture is relatively weak. On the basis of the existing research, this paper attempts to do the research from this point of view. On the premise of defining Chinese traditional humanistic spirit in a certain range, this paper puts forward the value of Chinese traditional humanistic spirit in the construction of campus culture in colleges and universities by using the theory of educational culture and other related disciplines, and tries to explore the value realization of Chinese traditional humanistic spirit in the construction of campus culture in colleges and universities. This paper not only theoretically analyzes the present situation of the lack of Chinese traditional humanistic spirit in the construction of campus culture in colleges and universities, but also makes an in-depth analysis of the reasons, and finally puts forward some suggestions and measures for carrying forward the Chinese traditional humanistic spirit in the construction of campus culture in colleges and universities from the practical point of view. So as to give full play to the advantages of Chinese traditional humanistic spirit and build a campus culture with national characteristics in the new period.
