我國(guó)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新素質(zhì)教育研究

【摘要】:培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新型人才是國(guó)家現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的必然要求,創(chuàng)新素質(zhì)教育是現(xiàn)代高等教育的重中之重。人類(lèi)進(jìn)入21世紀(jì),科技快速發(fā)展,國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈,經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)的發(fā)展進(jìn)步,最根本的源泉是人的創(chuàng)新精神和創(chuàng)新能力。大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng),是培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新型人才的關(guān)鍵。就目前對(duì)我國(guó)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新素質(zhì)方面的調(diào)查結(jié)果看,大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新素質(zhì)的表現(xiàn)喜憂參半,,說(shuō)明我國(guó)在大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新素質(zhì)方面的教育是取得了一些成果,但同時(shí)也存在一定的問(wèn)題。影響大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新素質(zhì)教育的因素有內(nèi)部和外部?jī)蓚(gè)方面。外部因素包括:傳統(tǒng)的教育觀念,教育方式單一,缺乏社會(huì)實(shí)踐,現(xiàn)行教育評(píng)價(jià)體系不合理,國(guó)家教育資金投入不足,家庭傳統(tǒng)功利教育觀和“知足常樂(lè)”的傳統(tǒng)觀念等。內(nèi)部因素包括:大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新人格不夠健全,缺乏頑強(qiáng)的意志;大學(xué)生的社會(huì)責(zé)任感不強(qiáng),缺乏科學(xué)奉獻(xiàn)精神等問(wèn)題。論文在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策,從外部環(huán)境看我們應(yīng)樹(shù)立創(chuàng)新教育觀念;改革教學(xué)方法;重視學(xué)生社會(huì)實(shí)踐;營(yíng)造良好的創(chuàng)新氛圍;建立推進(jìn)創(chuàng)新素質(zhì)教育的剛性評(píng)價(jià)體系與激勵(lì)機(jī)制;加大教育資金投入;提高家長(zhǎng)自身素質(zhì)等。從內(nèi)部環(huán)境看則要加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生個(gè)人心理品質(zhì),塑造健全人格;加強(qiáng)思想政治教育,增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生的社會(huì)責(zé)任感來(lái)提高大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新素質(zhì)。 總之,大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新素質(zhì)教育是一項(xiàng)系統(tǒng)工程,需要學(xué)校、社會(huì)、家庭和學(xué)生共同配合,以此確保大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新素質(zhì)教育的實(shí)效性。
[Abstract]:Cultivating innovative talents is the inevitable requirement of national modernization, and innovative quality education is the most important part of modern higher education. In the 21st century, with the rapid development of science and technology, the increasingly fierce international competition, the most fundamental source of economic and social development and progress is the innovative spirit and ability of human beings. The cultivation of college students' innovative quality is the key to cultivate innovative talents. According to the results of the investigation on the innovative quality of college students in China, the performance of innovative quality of college students is mixed, which shows that some achievements have been made in the education of innovative quality of college students in China, but there are also some problems at the same time. The factors that affect the innovative quality education of college students are internal and external. The external factors include: the traditional educational concept, the single way of education, the lack of social practice, the unreasonable current educational evaluation system, the insufficient investment of national educational funds, the traditional utilitarian education view of the family and the traditional concept of "contentment and contentment", and so on. The internal factors include: college students' innovative personality is not perfect, lack of tenacious will, college students' sense of social responsibility is not strong, lack of scientific dedication and so on. On this basis, the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. From the external environment, we should set up the concept of innovative education; reform the teaching methods; attach importance to the social practice of students; create a good innovative atmosphere; establish a rigid evaluation system and incentive mechanism to promote innovative quality education; increase the investment of educational funds; improve the quality of parents themselves. From the point of view of internal environment, it is necessary to strengthen the personal psychological quality of college students, shape a sound personality, strengthen ideological and political education, and enhance the sense of social responsibility of college students to improve the innovative quality of college students. In a word, college students' innovative quality education is a systematic project, which needs the cooperation of school, society, family and students to ensure the effectiveness of college students' innovative quality education.
