加強(qiáng)高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)德育建設(shè)的研究與思考

【摘要】:21世紀(jì),隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代的到來,網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)得到快速發(fā)展,促使人類信息在傳播速度、傳播范圍和傳播質(zhì)量等方面都有了極大的提高;ヂ(lián)網(wǎng)己成為人們生活中不可缺少的一種信息工具,對(duì)政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化等社會(huì)生活的各個(gè)方面都產(chǎn)生了巨大的影響,尤其對(duì)高等學(xué)校的影響更為明顯。一方面,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的出現(xiàn)改變了高校學(xué)生獲取信息的途徑和方式,提供了信息共享的廣闊空間,促進(jìn)了信息的交流,同時(shí)也不可避免對(duì)高校學(xué)生道德形成帶來一些負(fù)面效應(yīng),出現(xiàn)了“道德失范”現(xiàn)象;另一方面,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的出現(xiàn)豐富了高校德育資源和內(nèi)容,促進(jìn)了高校德育手段和模式的現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程,也對(duì)高校德育工作帶來巨大挑戰(zhàn)。高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)德育建設(shè)不僅是“網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)”發(fā)展的客觀要求,也是高校學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)道德現(xiàn)狀的必然要求,對(duì)高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)德育進(jìn)行研究有其必要性和緊迫性。 本文既有理論的研究,也有實(shí)踐的思考。首先,在唯物辯證法指導(dǎo)下,通過廣泛的基礎(chǔ)研究,對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)道德、網(wǎng)絡(luò)德育等進(jìn)行了科學(xué)界定,并回顧了我國高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)德育發(fā)展的歷程。其次,通過問卷調(diào)查、參觀考察等形式探討了高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)德育存在的問題,即網(wǎng)絡(luò)德育平臺(tái)建設(shè)與管理滯后、網(wǎng)絡(luò)德育隊(duì)伍建設(shè)滯后、網(wǎng)絡(luò)德育建設(shè)缺乏資源、網(wǎng)絡(luò)德育內(nèi)容方法缺乏創(chuàng)新、網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)管機(jī)制不健全等,在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)德育存在的問題原因進(jìn)行剖析,分析了影響高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)德育建設(shè)的因素,即網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)的復(fù)雜多變沖擊著高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)德育環(huán)境、高校對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)德育工作重視程度不夠、傳統(tǒng)德育對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)德育的慣性影響、德育評(píng)價(jià)體系尚不科學(xué)。第三,本文在遵循德育基本規(guī)律的前提下,提出加強(qiáng)高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)德育建設(shè)的思路和對(duì)策,包括提高對(duì)高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)德育重要性的認(rèn)識(shí)、構(gòu)建和完善高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)德育內(nèi)容體系、建設(shè)和優(yōu)化高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)德育環(huán)境、構(gòu)建高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)德育自教自律模式,不斷提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)德育的實(shí)效性和針對(duì)性。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, with the advent of the network era, network technology has been developed rapidly, which has greatly improved the speed, scope and quality of human information. The Internet has become an indispensable information tool in people's lives, which has a great impact on all aspects of social life, such as politics, economy, culture and so on, especially on colleges and universities. On the one hand, the emergence of the Internet has changed the ways and means for college students to obtain information, provided a broad space for information sharing, promoted the exchange of information, and inevitably brought some negative effects to the moral formation of college students, resulting in the phenomenon of "moral anomie". On the other hand, the emergence of the Internet enriches the resources and contents of moral education in colleges and universities, promotes the modernization process of moral education means and models in colleges and universities, and also brings great challenges to moral education in colleges and universities. The construction of network moral education in colleges and universities is not only the objective requirement of the development of "network society", but also the inevitable requirement of the present situation of network morality of university students. It is necessary and urgent to study the network moral education of colleges and universities. This paper has both theoretical research and practical thinking. First of all, under the guidance of materialist dialectics, through extensive basic research, the network, network morality, network moral education and so on are scientifically defined, and the course of the development of network moral education in colleges and universities in China is reviewed. Secondly, through questionnaire survey, visit and investigation, this paper probes into the problems existing in the network moral education in colleges and universities, namely, the lag of the construction and management of the network moral education platform, the lag of the construction of the network moral education team, the lack of resources in the network moral education construction, the lack of innovation of the network moral education content and method, the imperfect network supervision mechanism, and so on. On this basis, this paper analyzes the causes of the problems existing in the network moral education in colleges and universities. This paper analyzes on the factors affecting the construction of network moral education in colleges and universities, that is, the complexity and variability of the network society impinges on the network moral education environment in colleges and universities, the university does not pay enough attention to the network moral education, the inertia influence of the traditional moral education on the network moral education, and the moral education evaluation system is not yet scientific. Thirdly, on the premise of following the basic law of moral education, this paper puts forward some ideas and countermeasures to strengthen the construction of network moral education in colleges and universities, including improving the understanding of the importance of network moral education in colleges and universities, constructing and perfecting the content system of network moral education in colleges and universities, constructing and optimizing the network moral education environment in colleges and universities, constructing the self-discipline mode of network moral education in colleges and universities, and constantly improving the effectiveness and pertinence of network moral education.
