【摘要】：新媒體具有交互性、即時性、海量性、共享性、多媒體等特征。正是由于新媒體的這些技術特征,賦予了媒介素養(yǎng)更加明顯的時代性,它既指人們面對新媒體各種信息時的選擇能力、理解能力、質(zhì)疑能力、評估能力、創(chuàng)造和制作能力、思辯的反應能力,又指使媒介信息為個人生活、社會發(fā)展所用的能力。當代大學生在媒介接觸消費、媒介認知理解、媒介應用制作等方面,能夠比較好地適應新媒體環(huán)境,但從其具體行為看,也存在對媒介的批判能力較弱、對媒介的使用不夠深入,以及網(wǎng)絡道德和法律意識比較薄弱等問題。這些問題的產(chǎn)生和存在,既有客觀原因,也有主觀原因。媒介素養(yǎng)是公民素質(zhì)的基本內(nèi)容,作為公民素質(zhì)教育的一個重要部分,媒介素養(yǎng)教育以跨學科的綜合要求培養(yǎng)既有科學素養(yǎng),又有人文素養(yǎng)的全面發(fā)展人才,促進大學生思想道德素質(zhì)、科學文化素質(zhì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。為此,要積極探索培育和提升大學生媒介素養(yǎng)的路徑方法。
[Abstract]:The new media has the characteristics of interactivity, immediacy, mass, sharing, multimedia and so on. It is due to these technical features of the new media that the media literacy is more marked by the times, which is not only the ability of people to choose from the various information of the new media, the ability to understand, the ability to question, the ability to evaluate, the ability to create and produce, and the ability to respond, And the media information is also instructed to be the capability of the personal life and the social development. The contemporary college students can better adapt to the new media environment in the aspects of medium contact consumption, medium cognitive understanding, media application and so on. However, from the specific behavior of the university students, the critical ability of the media is weak and the use of the medium is not deep enough. And the network moral and legal consciousness are relatively weak and the like. The emergence and existence of these problems are both objective and subjective. The media literacy is the basic content of the citizen's quality, as an important part of the citizen's quality education. Scientific and cultural quality is coordinated and developed. To this end, we should actively explore the way to cultivate and improve the media literacy of college students.
