武漢高校公益型學(xué)生社團(tuán)發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:高校公益型學(xué)生社團(tuán)是高校熱衷社會(huì)公益事業(yè),渴望服務(wù)社會(huì)、奉獻(xiàn)愛心的大學(xué)生自發(fā)組織,在學(xué)校相關(guān)部門注冊(cè)成立的群眾性組織,是大學(xué)校園文化的重要組成部分,也是高校培養(yǎng)學(xué)生感恩意識(shí)與社會(huì)責(zé)任感的有效途徑和開展大學(xué)生德育工作的重要載體。特別是伴隨著我國(guó)文化體制改革,推動(dòng)文化大發(fā)展、大繁榮,以及全國(guó)日益重視大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作的時(shí)代大背景,高校公益型學(xué)生社團(tuán)正發(fā)揮著越來(lái)越突出的作用。但是,隨著時(shí)代發(fā)展,大學(xué)生自身特點(diǎn)、學(xué)習(xí)方式和生活環(huán)境發(fā)生日新月異的變化,如何引導(dǎo)公益型學(xué)生社團(tuán)適應(yīng)變化,不斷向前發(fā)展,更好地發(fā)揮其育人功能,成為當(dāng)今高校思想政治教育工作者面臨的一個(gè)重要課題。 本文在分析和比較美國(guó)和香港地區(qū)公益型學(xué)生社團(tuán)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上,開展了問(wèn)卷調(diào)查與個(gè)案訪談相結(jié)合的實(shí)證研究。首先,從公益型學(xué)生社團(tuán)學(xué)生參與情況、社團(tuán)管理骨干、活動(dòng)開展情況、管理制度建設(shè)、社團(tuán)規(guī)模及影響力、學(xué)校支持情況、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)經(jīng)費(fèi)來(lái)源、社會(huì)化程度八個(gè)方面了解武漢市高校公益型學(xué)生社團(tuán)發(fā)展的基本情況,發(fā)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)階段存在的問(wèn)題主要表現(xiàn)在社團(tuán)骨干素質(zhì)需要提升、管理體制還需要進(jìn)一步完善、社團(tuán)發(fā)展的物質(zhì)保障和政策支持還不夠、資源重置嚴(yán)重缺乏整合等方面。其次,從社團(tuán)成員、社團(tuán)活動(dòng)、管理指導(dǎo)、社會(huì)環(huán)境、政策支持五個(gè)方面分析武漢高校公益型學(xué)生社團(tuán)發(fā)展的影響因素。最后,針對(duì)現(xiàn)階段存在的問(wèn)題,提出促進(jìn)武漢高校公益型學(xué)生社團(tuán)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的對(duì)策建議:建立政府政策支持、高校鼓勵(lì)引導(dǎo)、社會(huì)氛圍營(yíng)造的“三方聯(lián)動(dòng)”的社團(tuán)評(píng)價(jià)支撐體系;構(gòu)筑以加強(qiáng)社團(tuán)骨干培訓(xùn)、拓展社團(tuán)經(jīng)費(fèi)渠道、改進(jìn)社團(tuán)管理理念、搭建社團(tuán)交流平臺(tái)、樹立社團(tuán)品牌意識(shí)、強(qiáng)化社團(tuán)自身建設(shè)為主要內(nèi)容的“六位一體”社團(tuán)服務(wù)管理模式。
[Abstract]:The public welfare student association in colleges and universities is the spontaneous organization of college students who are keen on social public welfare, eager to serve the society and dedicate love. The mass organization registered in the relevant departments of the university is not only an important part of university campus culture, but also an effective way for colleges and universities to cultivate students' gratitude consciousness and social responsibility, and an important carrier for carrying out college students' moral education. Especially with the reform of cultural system in our country, the great development and prosperity of culture, and the background of the whole country paying more and more attention to the ideological and political education of college students, the public welfare student associations in colleges and universities are playing a more and more prominent role. However, with the development of the times, the characteristics of college students, learning style and living environment have changed with each passing day. How to guide the public welfare student associations to adapt to the changes, continue to develop, and give full play to their educational function has become an important issue facing the ideological and political education workers in colleges and universities. Based on the analysis and comparison of the development of public welfare student associations in the United States and Hong Kong, this paper carries out an empirical study combining questionnaire survey with case interviews. First of all, we understand the basic situation of the development of public welfare student associations in Wuhan from eight aspects: the participation of students in public welfare student associations, the backbone of community management, the development of activities, the construction of management system, the scale and influence of associations, the situation of school support, the source of operating funds and the degree of socialization. It is found that the existing problems are mainly manifested in the improvement of the backbone quality of associations and the need for further improvement of the management system. The material security and policy support of community development are not enough, and the replacement of resources is seriously lack of integration. Secondly, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the development of public welfare student associations in Wuhan colleges and universities from five aspects: community members, community activities, management guidance, social environment and policy support. Finally, in view of the existing problems, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the sustainable development of public welfare student associations in Wuhan colleges and universities: to establish a "tripartite linkage" community evaluation support system, which is supported by government policies, encouraged and guided by colleges and universities, and created by the social atmosphere; To build a "six-in-one" service management mode with the main contents of strengthening the training of the backbone of the community, expanding the funding channels of the community, improving the concept of community management, building the communication platform of the community, establishing the brand consciousness of the association, and strengthening the construction of the association itself.
