【摘要】：現(xiàn)代網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展與傳播形式的自由開放，使得互聯(lián)網(wǎng)介入到人類生活的方方面面。當前，學生是我國規(guī)模最大的網(wǎng)民群體，網(wǎng)絡(luò)不僅成為青年大學生獲取知識和信息的重要渠道，而且潛移默化地影響著他們的人生觀、世界觀和價值觀。網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播內(nèi)容的豐富多元及以手機為代表的移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)接入設(shè)備的普及加劇了非社會主義核心價值觀的自由傳播，這對青年大學生的網(wǎng)絡(luò)使用及信息分辨能力提出了更高的要求。然而，，現(xiàn)有的教育并不能適用這一要求，因此，大學生群體的網(wǎng)絡(luò)素養(yǎng)狀況及培養(yǎng)途徑便成為迫切需要關(guān)注的問題。 本文以重慶地區(qū)六所高校在校大學生為研究對象，對國內(nèi)外專家學者觀點整合梳理，重新闡述了網(wǎng)絡(luò)素養(yǎng)的概念并設(shè)計了相關(guān)評判標準，結(jié)合對在校大學生進行的問卷調(diào)查，探究該地區(qū)大學生網(wǎng)絡(luò)素養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀，針對存在的問題及不足，提出相應的培養(yǎng)策略。 本研究中，大學生的網(wǎng)絡(luò)素養(yǎng)概念側(cè)重于與時俱進地適應網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的發(fā)展并利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)使自身獲得進步的綜合素質(zhì)與能力，其評判標準包括網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體接觸情況、網(wǎng)絡(luò)認知及運用水平、網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息生產(chǎn)及傳播能力、網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息辨別能力及安全意識、網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論批判能力。重慶地區(qū)大學生網(wǎng)絡(luò)素養(yǎng)存在以下不足：網(wǎng)絡(luò)作為學習工具的職能在弱化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)道德自律和守法意識程度不高、對網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒介深層次影響的認識和批判不夠等。網(wǎng)絡(luò)素養(yǎng)教育的欠缺，是導致大學生網(wǎng)絡(luò)素養(yǎng)存在諸多不足的根本原因。針對大學生網(wǎng)絡(luò)素養(yǎng)存在的問題，筆者提出應注重聯(lián)合政府、高校和大學生自身三者共同發(fā)揮作用，從樹立培養(yǎng)理念、推動教育實踐和注重環(huán)境熏陶三個角度構(gòu)建網(wǎng)絡(luò)素養(yǎng)培養(yǎng)機制，以期對網(wǎng)絡(luò)養(yǎng)教育的理論研究和實踐有所裨益。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern network technology and the free and open form of communication, the Internet is involved in all aspects of human life. At present, students are the largest group of netizens in our country. The network has not only become an important channel for young college students to obtain knowledge and information, but also imperceptibly affects their outlook on life, world outlook and values. The rich diversity of network communication content and the popularization of mobile Internet access equipment represented by mobile phone aggravate the free dissemination of non-socialist core values, which puts forward higher requirements for young college students to use the network and distinguish information. However, the existing education can not apply to this requirement, therefore, the network literacy and training ways of college students have become an urgent need to pay attention to. This paper takes the college students from six colleges and universities in Chongqing as the research object, integrates and combs the views of experts and scholars at home and abroad, reexpounds the concept of network literacy and designs the relevant evaluation standards, combined with the questionnaire survey of college students, probes into the present situation of college students' network literacy in this area, and puts forward the corresponding training strategies in view of the existing problems and shortcomings. In this study, the concept of network literacy of college students focuses on the comprehensive quality and ability to adapt to the development of network technology and make use of the network to make progress by using the network. The evaluation criteria include network media contact, network cognition and application level, network information production and dissemination ability, network information discrimination ability and security awareness, and network public opinion criticism ability. There are the following shortcomings in the network literacy of college students in Chongqing: the function of the network as a learning tool is weakening, the degree of network moral self-discipline and law-abiding consciousness is not high, and the understanding and criticism of the deep influence of the network media are not enough. The lack of network literacy education is the root cause of many deficiencies in college students' network literacy. In view of the problems existing in college students' network literacy, the author puts forward that we should pay attention to the joint government, colleges and universities and college students themselves, and construct the network literacy training mechanism from three angles: setting up training ideas, promoting educational practice and paying attention to environmental edification, so as to be beneficial to the theoretical research and practice of network education.
