校園新媒體與大學生思想政治教育研究

【摘要】：中共中央、國務院在《關于進一步加強和改進大學生思想政治教育的意見》中提出：“要主動占領網(wǎng)絡思想政治教育新陣地，，利用校園網(wǎng)為大學生學習、生活提供服務，對大學生進行指導和引導，不斷擴展大學生思想政治教育的渠道和空間”。當前興起的以校園網(wǎng)和手機信息平臺為主體的校園新媒體給大學生思想政治教育工作提供了新載體，是信息時代背景下有效提升大學生思想政治素質的重要手段之一。 馬克思主義新聞觀是馬克思主義理論的重要組成部分。在新世紀、新形勢和新任務下，樹立正確的馬克思主義新聞觀，既是時代的要求，是黨的新聞事業(yè)自身發(fā)展的內在要求，也是廣大高校教育者和新聞從業(yè)人員在工作中應該堅守的理論準則。隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡和數(shù)字通訊技術的發(fā)展，具有Web2.0特點的社會性軟件不斷出現(xiàn)，新興的媒體資源不斷豐富，信息傳播更加快捷和高效，新媒體已成為大學生獲取信息和交流溝通的重要途徑。新媒體具有傳統(tǒng)媒體所不具備的互動性、虛擬性、即時性和多元性等特點，深受大學生的關注和喜愛。與此同時，新媒體的出現(xiàn)也帶來了諸多阻礙大學生思想政治教育工作健康、良性發(fā)展的不利影響，這時，高校的教育工作者和媒體人員要自覺地、積極地為構建社會主義和諧校園服務，著力營造顧全大局、維護穩(wěn)定的和諧輿論氛圍，最大限度地增進大學生的共識，對于構建社會主義和諧社會有著十分重要的意義。在新媒體背景下，研究分析大學生的學習生活特點和成長規(guī)律，探索大學生思想政治教育工作的新方法和新規(guī)律，對于改進、完善、創(chuàng)新高校思想政治教育工作具有十分重要的意義。 本文著力將校園新媒體與大學生思想政治教育結合研究，通過閱讀國內外學者文獻著作，實地走訪各高校開展問卷調查等方式，探究目前校園新媒體在大學生思想政治教育運用過程中的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題，旨在探索出一種適應信息科技時代發(fā)展需要的大學生思想政治教育校園新媒體模式，即“335”新媒體模式。分別指代的是三方合作、三個目標再加上五項舉措，其中三方合作是指學校、社會以及學生借助校園新媒體這樣一個全新載體在思想政治教育中各施其職，相互配合；三個目標分別是利用校園新媒體平臺，努力使大學生思想政治教育轉變教育理念、改革教學方式和健全監(jiān)督機制；五項舉措則是結合新媒體的五個特征，利用校園新媒體的優(yōu)越條件，首次提出五項關于拓寬大學生思想政治教育載體的對策，最終達到增強高校思政教育工作實效性的目的。

At present, the campus new media with campus network and mobile phone information platform as the main body provides a new carrier for the ideological and political education of college students, and is one of the important means to effectively improve the ideological and political quality of college students under the background of the information age. Marxist view of journalism is an important part of Marxist theory. In the new century, under the new situation and new task, the establishment of a correct Marxist view of journalism is not only the requirement of the times, the inherent requirement of the development of the party's journalism itself, but also the theoretical criterion that the majority of university educators and journalists should adhere to in their work. With the development of Internet and digital communication technology, social software with Web2.0 characteristics continues to appear, emerging media resources are constantly rich, information dissemination is faster and more efficient, new media has become an important way for college students to obtain information and communication. The new media has the characteristics of interaction, virtual, instant and pluralism that the traditional media does not have, and is deeply concerned and loved by college students. At the same time, the emergence of new media has also brought about many adverse effects that hinder the healthy and benign development of college students' ideological and political education. At this time, educators and media personnel in colleges and universities should consciously and actively serve for the construction of a harmonious socialist campus, focus on creating a harmonious atmosphere of public opinion that takes into account the overall situation, maintain a stable and harmonious atmosphere of public opinion, and maximize the consensus of college students. It is of great significance to build a harmonious socialist society. Under the background of new media, it is of great significance to study and analyze the characteristics and growth laws of college students' study and life, and to explore new methods and new laws of ideological and political education for college students in order to improve, perfect and innovate the work of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. This paper focuses on the combination of campus new media and college students' ideological and political education, through reading domestic and foreign scholars' literature and on-the-spot visits to various colleges and universities to carry out questionnaires, to explore the current situation and existing problems of the current campus new media in the process of the application of college students' ideological and political education, in order to explore a new campus media model of college students' ideological and political education to meet the needs of the development of information technology era. That is, "335" new media model. It refers to tripartite cooperation, three objectives plus five measures, among which tripartite cooperation refers to schools, society and students to carry out their duties in ideological and political education with the help of a new carrier such as new campus media, and to cooperate with each other in ideological and political education. The three goals are to make use of the new campus media platform to make college students' ideological and political education change the educational concept, reform the teaching method and perfect the supervision mechanism. The five measures are combined with the five characteristics of the new media, make use of the superior conditions of the new media on campus, put forward five countermeasures for the first time to broaden the carrier of ideological and political education for college students, and finally achieve the purpose of enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
