大學生可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力培養(yǎng)研究

【摘要】:個人是推動社會進步的重要力量,社會的可持續(xù)發(fā)展需要靠人來推動。離開了人的發(fā)展,就難以實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟和社會的發(fā)展,更談不上可持續(xù)發(fā)展。大學生肩負著社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的重任,他們發(fā)展的程度如何,,是否具備可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力,將對社會發(fā)展產(chǎn)生深遠影響。但由于大學生可持續(xù)發(fā)展意識的淡薄和能力的缺失、高等教育對可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力培養(yǎng)的重視程度不夠等原因,導致大學生可持續(xù)發(fā)展受到極大的限制。對大學生可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力及其培養(yǎng)進行研究既是大學生自身發(fā)展的需要,也是推進高等教育改革,促進社會可持續(xù)發(fā)展的需要。 本文以馬克思主義人學、可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論和發(fā)展心理學為指導,對大學生可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力的涵義和特征、主要構(gòu)成要素、當前存在的問題,大學生可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力培養(yǎng)存在的不足及其對策進行了比較系統(tǒng)的研究,尤其是在大學生可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力的主要構(gòu)成要素及培養(yǎng)對策方面進行了深入的探討和研究。筆者認為,大學生可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力的主要構(gòu)成要素包括基礎(chǔ)要素(包括道德能力、學習能力、自我保健能力)、核心要素(包括專業(yè)能力、人際交往能力、創(chuàng)新能力)和拓展要素(包括社會服務能力、自律能力、國際交流能力)三個方面。另外,本文針對大學生可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力培養(yǎng)存在的問題,從更新教育理念、教師隊伍建設(shè)、深化課程改革、加強發(fā)展指導、強化組織培養(yǎng)、拓展培養(yǎng)體系、改革學生評價、校園文化建設(shè)和學生自主發(fā)展等方面提出了有益的對策。
[Abstract]:The individual is an important force to promote social progress, and the sustainable development of society needs to be promoted by people. Without human development, it is difficult to achieve economic and social development, let alone sustainable development. College students shoulder the important task of socialist modernization, the degree of their development, whether they have the ability of sustainable development, will have a profound impact on social development. However, due to the weak awareness of sustainable development and the lack of ability of college students, higher education does not pay enough attention to the cultivation of sustainable development ability, which leads to great restrictions on the sustainable development of college students. It is not only the need of college students' own development, but also the need to promote the reform of higher education and promote the sustainable development of society to study the sustainable development ability of college students. Under the guidance of Marxist humanism, sustainable development theory and development psychology, this paper deals with the meaning and characteristics of college students' sustainable development ability, the main elements and the existing problems. This paper makes a systematic study on the shortcomings and countermeasures of the cultivation of college students' sustainable development ability, especially in the aspects of the main elements and training countermeasures of college students' sustainable development ability. The author believes that the main elements of college students' sustainable development ability include basic elements (including moral ability, learning ability, self-health care ability), core elements (including professional ability, interpersonal communication ability, Innovation ability) and expansion elements (including social service ability, self-discipline ability, international communication ability) three aspects. In addition, in view of the problems existing in the cultivation of college students' sustainable development ability, this paper aims at the problems existing in the cultivation of college students' sustainable development ability, from renewing the educational idea, building the teaching staff, deepening the curriculum reform, strengthening the development guidance, strengthening the organizational training, expanding the training system and reforming the student evaluation. Some beneficial countermeasures are put forward in the aspects of campus culture construction and students' independent development.
