全日制專業(yè)學(xué)位碩士參與企業(yè)實(shí)踐培養(yǎng)效果的關(guān)鍵影響因素實(shí)證研究

【摘要】:全日制專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生的培養(yǎng)模式是適應(yīng)社會(huì)對(duì)高級(jí)專業(yè)人才的需求而興起的,目標(biāo)為培養(yǎng)不僅具備豐富的理論知識(shí),又能夠?qū)⒗碚搼?yīng)用于實(shí)際,切實(shí)解決企業(yè)或社會(huì)中的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題的高素質(zhì)專業(yè)人才。自2009年我國(guó)確定高校招收第一批全日制專業(yè)學(xué)位碩士研究生至今,該學(xué)位的培養(yǎng)方案一直處于探索和調(diào)整階段,其相關(guān)政策的落實(shí)和培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃的制定還有待進(jìn)一步的加強(qiáng)和完善。該模式中學(xué)生參與企業(yè)實(shí)踐的培養(yǎng)環(huán)節(jié)是實(shí)現(xiàn)專業(yè)學(xué)位碩士培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的關(guān)鍵組成部分,然而,各高校對(duì)該培養(yǎng)環(huán)節(jié)的具體執(zhí)行方案還在摸索之中。高校和學(xué)生不知該如何選擇實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)踐機(jī)會(huì),進(jìn)行多長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)踐,,在怎樣的崗位中進(jìn)行實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)踐,校內(nèi)外導(dǎo)師應(yīng)采取怎樣的指導(dǎo)方式,學(xué)生實(shí)踐過(guò)程中需要哪些人員的積極配合和參與等等,這些方面該如何安排才會(huì)對(duì)專碩參與企業(yè)實(shí)踐培養(yǎng)環(huán)節(jié)產(chǎn)生最有利的效果。對(duì)于這些疑問(wèn)的解答即成為了本文研究的目標(biāo)。 作者在本文中,首先通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于專業(yè)學(xué)位碩士研究生培養(yǎng)模式和相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的回顧,總結(jié)了當(dāng)前已有的各種專業(yè)學(xué)位碩士研究生的培養(yǎng)方式。然后將研究方向鎖定在全日制專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生培養(yǎng)模式中的學(xué)生參與企業(yè)實(shí)踐的環(huán)節(jié),在國(guó)內(nèi)已經(jīng)畢業(yè)和在讀的全日制專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生中進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究。通過(guò)對(duì)比已經(jīng)為企業(yè)解決實(shí)際問(wèn)題的和未能幫企業(yè)解決實(shí)際問(wèn)題的專碩學(xué)生在參與實(shí)踐的各方面的情況,找出影響其實(shí)踐取得成功的相關(guān)因素。依次通過(guò)對(duì)問(wèn)卷數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行信效度分析,描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,雙因素列連分析和二項(xiàng)logistic回歸的分析,找出了對(duì)專業(yè)碩士在實(shí)踐中取得成功效果有顯著影響的8個(gè)變量,和4個(gè)關(guān)鍵影響因素以及各因素對(duì)專碩實(shí)踐成功的影響程度大小,并據(jù)此建立了全日制專業(yè)碩士取得實(shí)踐成功的預(yù)測(cè)模型。 文章最后根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)分析結(jié)果對(duì)專業(yè)碩士在參與企業(yè)實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié)中如何提高實(shí)踐的成功幾率提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策,后又對(duì)參與全日制專碩培養(yǎng)的5個(gè)利益相關(guān)方分別提出了今后開展工作的建議。
[Abstract]:The training mode of full-time professional degree graduate students is rising to meet the needs of the society for senior professionals. The goal is not only to have rich theoretical knowledge, but also to apply theory to practice. A high-quality professional who effectively solves practical problems in an enterprise or society. Since 2009, when China decided to enroll the first batch of full-time professional degree graduate students in colleges and universities, the training program of this degree has been in the stage of exploration and adjustment. The implementation of its related policies and the formulation of training plans still need to be further strengthened and improved. The training link of middle school students' participation in enterprise practice is the key part of realizing the training goal of professional degree master's degree. However, the concrete implementation scheme of this training link in colleges and universities is still being explored. Universities and students do not know how to choose practice opportunities, how long practice should be carried out, what kind of practice should be carried out in what posts, and what kind of guidance should be adopted by supervisors inside and outside the school. What kind of personnel need active cooperation and participation in the process of students' practice, and how to arrange these aspects will have the most favorable effect on participating in the training of enterprise practice. The answer to these questions has become the goal of this paper. In this paper, first of all, through the review of the training mode and related literature of professional degree graduate students at home and abroad, the author summarizes the existing training methods of professional degree master's degree graduate students. Then the research direction is locked in the training mode of full-time professional degree graduate students to participate in the enterprise practice, and the investigation and research are carried out among the full-time professional degree graduate students who have graduated and are studying in China. By comparing the situation of students who have solved practical problems for enterprises and those who have not been able to help enterprises solve practical problems, this paper finds out the relevant factors that affect the success of their practice. Through the reliability and validity analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, two-factor column analysis and binomial logistic regression analysis of the questionnaire data, eight variables which have a significant impact on the success of professional masters in practice are found out. And four key factors and the degree of influence of each factor on the success of the full-time professional master, and the prediction model of the success of the full-time professional master is established on the basis of the four key factors and the degree of influence of each factor on the success of the full-time professional master. Finally, according to the results of data analysis, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures on how to improve the success probability of professional master in participating in enterprise practice. After that, the suggestions for the future work of the five stakeholders involved in full-time training are put forward.
