【摘要】：培養(yǎng)什么樣的人,一直是高校在人才培養(yǎng)過(guò)程中所要面臨的一個(gè)首要問(wèn)題。當(dāng)代大學(xué)生正處于國(guó)際形勢(shì)風(fēng)云變幻和國(guó)內(nèi)社會(huì)大變革時(shí)期,大學(xué)生的理想信念、價(jià)值取向和道德觀念受到了巨大的沖擊,對(duì)當(dāng)前大學(xué)生的德育教育帶來(lái)了巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。在這種形式下,如何提高大學(xué)生的思想品德素質(zhì),發(fā)揮大學(xué)生在精神文明建設(shè)中的主力軍作用,成為高校德育教育所要考慮的一個(gè)重要現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題。以“奉獻(xiàn)、友愛(ài)、互助、進(jìn)步”為核心的志愿服務(wù)活動(dòng)順應(yīng)了我國(guó)新時(shí)期社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型、體制轉(zhuǎn)軌和價(jià)值觀變革的潮流,適應(yīng)了青年大學(xué)生主體意識(shí)、參與意識(shí)日益增強(qiáng)的趨勢(shì),在高校以燎原之勢(shì)蓬勃開(kāi)展起來(lái),成為高校一種非常重要的文化現(xiàn)象。實(shí)踐證明,大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)活動(dòng)符合新時(shí)期高校德育的目標(biāo),是構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)、服務(wù)人民的有效途徑,是踐行社會(huì)主義榮辱觀的社會(huì)課堂,同時(shí)也是新時(shí)期高校開(kāi)展大學(xué)生德育工作的重要載體和創(chuàng)新形式,因此,對(duì)大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)活動(dòng)德育功能的研究具有重要意義。 本文首先對(duì)大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)和高校德育這兩方面的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的闡述,明確了志愿服務(wù)與高校德育之間的關(guān)系,指出不僅志愿服務(wù)活動(dòng)對(duì)高校德育具有能動(dòng)作用,同時(shí)高校德育也為志愿服務(wù)活動(dòng)的開(kāi)展提供了理論支持和思想保障。其次從當(dāng)前我國(guó)高校德育存在的問(wèn)題以及大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)活動(dòng)對(duì)高校德育的優(yōu)化兩個(gè)方面闡述了大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)活動(dòng)德育功能研究的必要性和可行性。從社會(huì)性功能和個(gè)體性功能兩個(gè)方面系統(tǒng)、全面的論述了志愿服務(wù)活動(dòng)的德育功能,并從更新德育觀念、擴(kuò)展大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)活動(dòng)的德育內(nèi)容、加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生的自我教育以及完善志愿組織的自身建設(shè)四個(gè)角度為更好的發(fā)揮志愿服務(wù)活動(dòng)的德育功能提出了對(duì)策。 希望通過(guò)本文的研究,能夠?yàn)榇髮W(xué)生志愿服務(wù)活動(dòng)的發(fā)展提供一定的理論支持,為高校德育工作提供一種新的研究視角,為大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)活動(dòng)德育功能的發(fā)揮提供一些可供參考的有效方法。
[Abstract]:What kind of person to cultivate has always been a primary problem that colleges and universities have to face in the process of talent training. Contemporary college students are in a period of great changes in the international situation and domestic society. Their ideals, beliefs, values and moral concepts have been greatly impacted, which has brought great challenges to the moral education of the current college students. In this form, how to improve the ideological and moral quality of college students and give full play to the main role of college students in the construction of spiritual civilization has become an important practical issue to be considered in moral education in colleges and universities. The voluntary service activities with the core of "dedication, fraternity, mutual assistance and progress" conform to the trend of social transformation, system transformation and value change in the new period of our country, and adapt to the trend of young college students' subjective consciousness and increasing consciousness of participation. It has become a very important cultural phenomenon in colleges and universities to develop vigorously with the trend of prairie. Practice has proved that the volunteer service of college students conforms to the goal of moral education in the new period, is an effective way to build a harmonious socialist society and serve the people, and is a social classroom to practice the socialist concept of honor and disgrace. At the same time, it is also an important carrier and innovative form for college students' moral education in the new period. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the moral education function of college students' voluntary service activities. Firstly, this paper systematically expounds the two aspects of college students' voluntary service and college moral education, clarifies the relationship between voluntary service and college moral education, and points out that not only voluntary service activities play an active role in moral education in colleges and universities, but also that voluntary service activities play an active role in moral education in colleges and universities. At the same time, moral education in colleges and universities also provides theoretical support and ideological guarantee for the development of voluntary service activities. Secondly, this paper expounds the necessity and feasibility of the research on the moral education function of college students' voluntary service activities from the aspects of the problems existing in the present moral education in colleges and universities and the optimization of college students' voluntary service activities to the moral education in colleges and universities. This paper systematically discusses the moral education function of volunteer service activity from two aspects of social function and individual function, and extends the moral education content of college students' voluntary service activity from the renewal of moral education concept. Strengthening the self-education of college students and perfecting the self-construction of voluntary organizations put forward the countermeasures for giving better play to the moral education function of voluntary service activities. It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide some theoretical support for the development of college students' voluntary service activities and provide a new research perspective for moral education in colleges and universities. It provides some effective methods for reference for the function of moral education in volunteer service activities of college students.
