【摘要】：本文對院校研究在日本大學里興起的質(zhì)量保障背景與院校研究機構(gòu)的組織和職能及對我國高校建立院校研究機構(gòu)的啟示作了具體分析:質(zhì)量保障催生了日本院校研究機構(gòu),院校研究機構(gòu)也圍繞著大學評價等質(zhì)量保障活動來組織和運營;日本大學院校研究機構(gòu)的特點是,行政權(quán)力主導、以評價等質(zhì)量保障實踐為工作重點、以量化研究為主的多學科方法的綜合應(yīng)用。我國應(yīng)借鑒日本大學院校研究機構(gòu)的建設(shè)經(jīng)驗,將院校研究機構(gòu)建設(shè)成為面向質(zhì)量保障的跨學科學術(shù)機構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:This paper makes a concrete analysis of the background of quality assurance and the organization and function of the research institutions of colleges and universities in Japan, as well as the enlightenment to the establishment of research institutions of colleges and universities in China: quality assurance has given birth to the research institutions of higher learning in Japan. Research institutions in colleges and universities also organize and operate quality assurance activities such as university evaluation. The characteristics of the research institutions in Japanese universities are the comprehensive application of the multidisciplinary approach, which is dominated by administrative power, focusing on the practice of quality assurance, such as evaluation, and focusing on quantitative research. Our country should learn from the construction experience of Japanese universities and colleges and turn them into an interdisciplinary academic institution oriented to quality assurance.
