【摘要】：文化的嫁接與自主是日本大學(xué)文化發(fā)展的基本邏輯,文化嫁接主要表現(xiàn)為文化反思和文化主動(dòng),文化自主主要表現(xiàn)為文化自信和文化堅(jiān)守,嫁接與自主的相互促進(jìn)實(shí)現(xiàn)了大學(xué)文化的自我超越。后發(fā)外生型國(guó)家大學(xué)的文化使命、傳統(tǒng)文化的基本特征、大學(xué)教授的文化使命及面向世界的思維方式、學(xué)術(shù)權(quán)力表達(dá)機(jī)制的建構(gòu)等是日本大學(xué)文化發(fā)展邏輯的基本生成動(dòng)力。大學(xué)高層次科學(xué)創(chuàng)新能力的發(fā)展和形成是大學(xué)文化發(fā)展邏輯的必然,日本大學(xué)文化的發(fā)展邏輯對(duì)中國(guó)大學(xué)文化建設(shè)具有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The grafting and independence of culture is the basic logic of the development of Japanese university culture. Cultural grafting is mainly reflected in cultural reflection and cultural initiative, and cultural autonomy is mainly manifested in cultural self-confidence and cultural adherence. The mutual promotion of grafting and autonomy has realized the self-transcendence of university culture. The cultural mission of late-growing national universities, the basic characteristics of traditional culture, the cultural mission of university professors and the way of thinking towards the world, and the construction of the expression mechanism of academic power are the basic generating forces of the logic of the development of Japanese university culture. The development and formation of university high-level scientific innovation ability is the necessity of the logic of university culture development. The development logic of Japanese university culture has a reference significance for the construction of Chinese university culture.
