高師應屆畢業(yè)生師德問題認同度現(xiàn)狀研究

【摘要】:教師的職業(yè)道德,是比其他任何職業(yè)道德更為重要的道德。在建設有中國特色的社會主義的偉大事業(yè)中,教師擔負著更加光榮的培養(yǎng)社會主義“四有”新人的任務,這就對教師提出了更高的要求。教師既要有相應的科學文化和承擔所教課程的業(yè)務知識,更要具有堅定的馬克思主義的理想信念,具有崇高的思想道德品質(zhì)。首先,師范生是一個存在著的人,他們的思想品德現(xiàn)狀直接影響著以后走上教師崗位的品德發(fā)展。二、在接受師范教育的過程中,德育也是我們師范教育中一個重要的方面,師德教育對師范生的成長起著決定性的作用。三、從教師的職業(yè)性質(zhì)方面,師德貫穿在其方方面面,從事傳授知識勞動的職業(yè)道德,同時身體力行培養(yǎng)學生積累公民的基本道德。四、從教師個人專業(yè)化的發(fā)展來看,學術成果也是一個重要的衡量標準,那么師范生學術道德的養(yǎng)成也為自己的和教育事業(yè)之鋪平踏寬的根基。五,教師肩負的社會責任上來看,他們不僅是傳播文化的使者,而且言行也影響著祖國的棟梁,這些言行就是道德理念的體現(xiàn),顯然師范生的道德必要高于社會一般群體。六、在全球化大背景下,社會需要人才的人格要求上,加強師范生的師德教育也是勢在必行的趨勢。 隨著社會主義市場經(jīng)濟的不斷完善,各高校采取措施加強師德建設,師德建設與師德踐行總體狀況良好,取得了一定的成效,但師德建設面臨著新的挑戰(zhàn)和考驗。作為未來教師的師范生這樣一個重要和特殊的群體,關于師范生師德培養(yǎng)的研究引起了普遍關注和積極研究。本研究主要從教師教育一體化的角度出發(fā)對高師應屆畢業(yè)生師德問題認同度現(xiàn)狀做一探討,把理論分析和訪談調(diào)查相結(jié)合,通過對基礎教育中行政人員、優(yōu)秀教師的訪談,結(jié)合相關理論總結(jié)出中小學教師存在的師德問題,針對調(diào)查的師德問題編制問卷,對高師應屆畢業(yè)生進行師德問題認同度現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查,分析經(jīng)過四年師范教育后高師生師德問題認同度的基本特點及不足,并分析影響高師生師德問題認同度的相關教育因素,,為高師生師德認知教育提出一些對策建議,從而為改進師范教育提供可借鑒的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The professional ethics of teachers is more important than any other professional ethics. In the great cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, teachers are shouldering the task of cultivating the new socialist "four things" more honourably, which puts forward higher requirements for teachers. Teachers should not only have the corresponding scientific culture and professional knowledge of the courses taught, but also have firm Marxist ideals and beliefs, and have lofty ideological and moral qualities. First of all, normal school students are an existing person, their ideological and moral status directly affect the moral development of teachers' posts in the future. Second, in the process of receiving normal education, moral education is also an important aspect of our normal education, teacher moral education plays a decisive role in the growth of normal students. Thirdly, from the aspect of the professional nature of teachers, teachers' morality runs through all aspects of teachers' ethics, which is engaged in the professional ethics of imparting knowledge and labor, and at the same time, it is necessary to train students to accumulate the basic morality of citizens. Fourth, from the development of individual specialization of teachers, academic achievements are also an important measure, so the cultivation of academic morality of normal school students will also pave the foundation for their own and educational undertakings. Fifth, teachers shoulder the social responsibility, they are not only the messenger of the dissemination of culture, but also affect the pillars of the motherland, these words and deeds are the embodiment of moral ideas, it is obvious that the moral of normal school students must be higher than the general group of society. Sixth, under the background of globalization, it is an imperative trend for the society to strengthen the teacher's moral education of normal school students on the personality requirements of talents. With the continuous improvement of socialist market economy, colleges and universities take measures to strengthen the construction of teachers' ethics. The construction of teachers' ethics and the practice of teachers' ethics are in good condition and have achieved certain results, but the construction of teachers' ethics is facing new challenges and tests. As an important and special group of teachers in the future, the research on the cultivation of teachers' morality of teachers' students has aroused widespread concern and active research. This research mainly from the teacher education integration angle to make a discussion on the current situation of the teacher moral identity of the new graduates in normal university, combine the theoretical analysis with the interview investigation, through the interview to the administrative staff, the excellent teacher in the elementary education, Combining with the relevant theories, this paper sums up the problems of teachers' ethics in primary and middle schools, compiles a questionnaire on the teachers' moral problems, and makes a survey on the status quo of the recognition of teachers' moral problems among the new graduates of normal colleges and universities. After four years of normal education, this paper analyzes the basic characteristics and shortcomings of the recognition degree of teachers' moral problems in high school teachers and students, and analyzes the relevant educational factors that affect the recognition degree of teachers' moral problems in high school teachers and students, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the cognitive education of teachers' moral problems in high school teachers and students. So as to improve the teacher education to provide a reference basis.
