基于高校本科生“學習性投入”的教育質(zhì)量問題研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著我國高等教育規(guī)模的不斷擴張,隨著高等教育大眾化進程的加快,引發(fā)了一系列關(guān)于教育教學質(zhì)量的詰問:學校發(fā)展目標是否偏離人才培養(yǎng)、學;A(chǔ)設(shè)施能否滿足教學需要、人才培養(yǎng)模式是否適合學生發(fā)展等等。種種問題和矛盾直接指向教育質(zhì)量,因而如何保障我國本科層次教育質(zhì)量已成為社會各界廣泛關(guān)注的焦點問題。教育質(zhì)量的直接體現(xiàn)是人才培養(yǎng)的質(zhì)量,《國家中長期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010-2020)》中明確提出,高等教育要“提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量”?梢,人才培養(yǎng)環(huán)節(jié)的質(zhì)量是提高教育質(zhì)量的核心和關(guān)鍵點。但是,目前大家對于人才培養(yǎng)環(huán)節(jié)的主體——學生的關(guān)注不夠,學生自身的各種學習行為也令人堪憂。 本研究采用問卷調(diào)查和理論研究相結(jié)合的方法,從大學生的學習性投入角度切入,調(diào)查了一所普通本科高校學生的學習性投入情況。著重研究了我國高校教育質(zhì)量存在的問題,并對問題進行了深入剖析,通過系統(tǒng)的梳理和深入地分析,認為我國高校教育質(zhì)量存在學生學習性投入不足、教師對學生學習的指導欠缺以及高校對學生的重視程度不夠等問題,并對這些問題進行了深入分析,認為主要原因是現(xiàn)實情況與學生自我期望存在差異、教師教學科研比例存在問題以及學校教育教學體制的制約,進而提出了將質(zhì)量關(guān)注的視角從學校主體轉(zhuǎn)向?qū)W生主體、將質(zhì)量保障的焦點從資源投入轉(zhuǎn)向資源利用、將質(zhì)量監(jiān)控的重點從教育結(jié)果轉(zhuǎn)向教育過程、將質(zhì)量評估的落腳點從等級評定轉(zhuǎn)向診斷改進等建議。 經(jīng)過大量的調(diào)查、分析以及研究之后,本論文得出以下幾點主要結(jié)論: (1)通過對大學生學習性投入的研究,可以從高校內(nèi)部出發(fā)研究學生的學習行為,這些學習行為所發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題對高校教育質(zhì)量提高和高?冃гu價有幫助作用。 (2)通過調(diào)研可知,目前大學生學習積極性不高、學習態(tài)度不端正、課堂狀態(tài)不佳、與教師缺失有效溝通。 (3)推廣本研究的研究思路,做各高校間的對比研究,可以成為公眾擇校的參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the expansion of the scale of higher education in China and the acceleration of the process of popularization of higher education, a series of questions have been raised about the quality of education and teaching: is the goal of school development deviating from the cultivation of talents? Whether the school infrastructure can meet the teaching needs, whether the talent training mode is suitable for the development of students and so on. All kinds of problems and contradictions directly point to the quality of education, so how to guarantee the quality of education at the undergraduate level has become the focus of attention from all walks of life. The direct embodiment of educational quality is the quality of talent training. In the outline of the National medium-and long-term Educational Reform and Development Plan (2010 / 2020), it is clearly proposed that higher education should "improve the quality of talent training". It can be seen that the quality of talent training is the core and key point to improve the quality of education. However, at present, all of us pay less attention to the main part of talent training-students, and the students' own learning behavior is worrisome. This research adopts the method of questionnaire investigation and theoretical research, from the angle of college students' learning input, investigates the learning investment of students in an ordinary university. This paper focuses on the problems existing in the quality of education in colleges and universities in China, and makes a deep analysis of the problems. Through systematic combing and in-depth analysis, the author thinks that the quality of education in colleges and universities in China has a lack of students' learning input. The teachers' lack of guidance to students' study and the lack of attention to students in colleges and universities are analyzed in depth, and the main reason is that there are differences between the actual situation and the students' self-expectation. There are problems in the proportion of teachers' teaching and scientific research and the restriction of the system of school education and teaching. It is suggested that the focus of quality monitoring should be changed from educational results to educational process, and the end point of quality assessment should be changed from grade assessment to diagnostic improvement. After a lot of investigation, analysis and research, the main conclusions of this paper are as follows: (1) through the study of college students' learning input, we can study the students' learning behavior from the inside of colleges and universities. The problems found in these learning behaviors are helpful to the improvement of the quality of education and the evaluation of the performance of colleges and universities. (2) through investigation, it can be seen that at present, college students are not active in learning, their attitude to study is not good, their classroom condition is not good, and they lack effective communication with teachers. (3) popularizing the research train of thought of this research, do the contrast research among the universities, can become the reference basis for the public to choose the school.
