【摘要】：大學(xué)文化反映了一所大學(xué)的價值理念,決定了大學(xué)的發(fā)展定位與人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量。理念文化、制度文化、行為文化和視覺文化構(gòu)成了大學(xué)文化全部,是一所大學(xué)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的根本與靈魂。民辦高校由于文化缺失,在大學(xué)治理結(jié)構(gòu)、辦學(xué)理念、師資隊伍建設(shè)等方面暴露出許多不足,成為影響辦學(xué)治校效率的關(guān)鍵因素。因此,提高教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量、提升辦學(xué)治校水平就應(yīng)從"理順大學(xué)治理結(jié)構(gòu),塑造專家辦學(xué)的理念文化;加強(qiáng)教學(xué)管理工作,塑造管理嚴(yán)明的制度文化;強(qiáng)化師生行為規(guī)范,塑造文明得體的行為文化;注重和諧校園建設(shè),塑造高尚文雅的視覺文化"等方面入手,賦予民辦高校更加旺盛的生命力。
[Abstract]:University culture reflects the value concept of a university and determines the orientation of university development and the quality of talent training. Idealistic culture, institutional culture, behavioral culture and visual culture constitute the whole culture of a university and are the foundation and soul of the sustainable development of a university. Due to the lack of culture, private colleges and universities have exposed many deficiencies in the structure of university governance, the concept of running schools, the construction of teaching staff and so on, which have become the key factors affecting the efficiency of running schools. Therefore, to improve the quality of education and teaching and to improve the level of school management, we should "straighten out the structure of university governance, shape the concept culture of running schools by experts, strengthen the teaching management work, and shape the strict system culture of management;" Strengthen the behavior standard of teachers and students, shape civilized and proper behavior culture, pay attention to the construction of harmonious campus, mold noble and elegant visual culture, and so on, give the civilian-run colleges and universities more exuberant vitality.
