地方高校學科協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展研究
[Abstract]:Discipline construction is a work of strategic significance and the lifeline of sustainable development of colleges and universities, which is very important to the long-term development of colleges and universities. With the acceleration of the popularization of higher education, local colleges and universities have entered a new era of opportunities and challenges. On the one hand, the booming local colleges and universities have gradually grown into the main faculties of the higher education system. It plays an important role in the whole system, and its development largely determines the overall level of higher education. On the other hand, as the developing local colleges and universities are facing more difficulties and challenges, how to maintain their own advantages and seek greater development in the fierce competition is an urgent problem for local colleges and universities to solve. Therefore, as the strategic core of colleges and universities, the subject construction problem is gradually put on the agenda and becomes a powerful weight to improve the competitiveness of local colleges and universities. Due to the regional restriction and the history of running a school, many local colleges and universities are not on the right track of development in the field of discipline construction at present, and there are many problems in the understanding and practice of the coordinated development of the discipline in the course of discipline construction. It affects the smooth development of discipline construction in colleges and universities and restricts the sustainable development of colleges and universities. In this paper, local colleges and universities are selected as the object of study, starting from the actual situation of discipline construction in local colleges and universities, the emphasis is on how to construct the basic context of the coordinated development of disciplines in the course of development, and to promote the sustainable development of disciplines. Firstly, this paper defines the related concepts of discipline coordination development in local colleges and universities, and analyzes the problems existing in the discipline coordination development of local colleges and universities in both internal and external aspects. Then using the educational ecology theory to interpret the discipline coordination development, put forward the main principles that should be followed in the course of discipline coordination development of local colleges and universities, mainly include: direction and feasibility principle; adaptability and development principle; The principle of key construction and characteristic; the principle of systematicness and coordination. On this basis, the strategy of coordinated development of discipline in local colleges and universities is studied, mainly from discipline system, discipline layout, discipline echelon, The mechanism of discipline supervision and the combination of industry-university-research and other five aspects to construct the basic way of harmonious development of discipline in local colleges and universities. Through the research on the coordinated development of discipline in local colleges and universities, the author expects that it will help to provide a reference for the coordinated development of disciplines in local colleges and universities, enrich the rules of discipline construction in local colleges and universities, and further widen the theoretical system of discipline construction in local colleges and universities. Local colleges and universities from a more rational point of view to find their own positioning, explore the effective strategy of discipline construction, improve their competitiveness.
