【摘要】：2004年中共中央、國(guó)務(wù)院下發(fā)的《關(guān)于進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育的意見(jiàn)》指出：大學(xué)生是十分寶貴的人才資源，是民族的希望，是祖國(guó)的未來(lái)。目前，我國(guó)在校大學(xué)生包括專(zhuān)科生、本科生和研究生約有2000萬(wàn)。加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育，提高他們的思想政治素質(zhì)，把他們培養(yǎng)成中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的建設(shè)者和接班人，對(duì)于全面實(shí)施科教興國(guó)和人才強(qiáng)國(guó)戰(zhàn)略，確保我國(guó)在激烈的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中始終立于不敗之地，確保實(shí)現(xiàn)全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)、加快推進(jìn)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化的宏偉目標(biāo)，確保中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)興旺發(fā)達(dá)、后繼有人，具有重大而深遠(yuǎn)的戰(zhàn)略意義。對(duì)我國(guó)高等體育院校大學(xué)生思想政治工作的創(chuàng)新性研究，不僅能夠豐富思想政治教育學(xué)的內(nèi)容、方法和途徑，促進(jìn)思想政治教育功能方面的發(fā)揮，還能增強(qiáng)思想政治教育的創(chuàng)新性、針對(duì)性和有效性，從而促進(jìn)高等體育院校大學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展，為社會(huì)培養(yǎng)更多的體育人才及體育教育工作者。 由于多種因素的影響，當(dāng)前我國(guó)高等院校尤其是高等體育院校的思想政治教育工作面臨著嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。思想教育體制不夠完善，思想政治教育方法方式單一，教育效果低下以及體育院校大學(xué)生的專(zhuān)業(yè)人格特點(diǎn)等一系列問(wèn)題都嚴(yán)重影響了我國(guó)高等體育院校思想政治教育工作的實(shí)效性。 首先，體育院校的許多教學(xué)方式都是以互動(dòng)、參與、實(shí)踐的形式進(jìn)行的，學(xué)生在長(zhǎng)期的教學(xué)實(shí)踐中形成了主動(dòng)參與、樂(lè)于體驗(yàn)的自覺(jué)性，教師大多也都形成了師生互動(dòng)的教學(xué)手段和機(jī)制，體育拓展教育在體育院校思想政治教育中的運(yùn)用具有一定的基礎(chǔ)性條件。其次，體育院校學(xué)生在長(zhǎng)期的專(zhuān)業(yè)訓(xùn)練與實(shí)踐中所形成的個(gè)性特征及行為習(xí)慣，決定了他們自身對(duì)體育拓展教育的教學(xué)方式、方法及理念具有很強(qiáng)的接受能力和易接受性，這使得以體育拓展教育教學(xué)為主的思想政治教育能夠在他們身上起到良好的教育和教學(xué)效果，具有很深的針對(duì)性和實(shí)效性。再次，體育拓展教育教學(xué)可以廣泛地運(yùn)用到高校思想政治教育中。為了避免對(duì)體育拓展教育教學(xué)的研究出現(xiàn)空泛和籠統(tǒng)的問(wèn)題，，本論文結(jié)合作者在體育院校從事思想政治教育的實(shí)際工作，根據(jù)多年來(lái)對(duì)于體育院校思想政治教育問(wèn)題的研究基礎(chǔ)，選擇體育院校的思想政治教育作為體育拓展教育教學(xué)的研究主題，使對(duì)于體育拓展教育教學(xué)的研究更加具體化，對(duì)于體育拓展教育教學(xué)的實(shí)踐更加具有可操作性。 因此，將體育拓展教育在高等體育院校思想政治教育中進(jìn)行實(shí)踐研究，對(duì)于解決傳統(tǒng)思想政治教育中的一系列問(wèn)題、提高高等體育院校思想政治教育水平具有十分顯著地現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 全文共分四個(gè)部分 第一部分，闡釋和界定了體育拓展教育的內(nèi)涵。其中著重分析了體育的價(jià)值功能和我國(guó)體育教育的發(fā)展歷程以及拓展訓(xùn)練的開(kāi)展?fàn)顩r，并概括了體育拓展教育的目的和特點(diǎn)。 第二部分，詳細(xì)論述了體育拓展教育的理論依據(jù)和在實(shí)際教育工作中的實(shí)踐效益。 主要包括：馬克思主義的實(shí)踐理論，人格的發(fā)展理論，現(xiàn)代心理學(xué)的相關(guān)理論和成果，積極心理學(xué)理論，以及現(xiàn)代教學(xué)論。這為體育拓展教育在思想政治教育中的研究提供了豐富的理論依據(jù)作為基礎(chǔ)。其中對(duì)自身的分析和對(duì)實(shí)際案例的研究又為體育拓展教育提供了實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)。 第三部分，對(duì)體育拓展教育在高等體育院校思想政治教育工作中存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了深入的探討。認(rèn)真總結(jié)和分析了體育拓展教育在實(shí)際發(fā)展和完善中所面臨的實(shí)際問(wèn)題和影響其在思想政治教育中運(yùn)用的主要因素，為其在之后的研究工作，提供了有利的前提。 第四部分，對(duì)體育拓展教育在體育院校的思想政治教育工作進(jìn)行了實(shí)踐研究。對(duì)其在思想政治教育中所具有的主要內(nèi)容，所應(yīng)遵循的原則，開(kāi)展的模式和方法，進(jìn)行了細(xì)致而全面的總結(jié)，并為體育拓展教育在今后高校中的發(fā)展提出了良好的策略。
