【摘要】：在我國(guó)大力推進(jìn)科教興國(guó)、人才強(qiáng)國(guó)戰(zhàn)略背景下，，如何在高等教育大眾化的進(jìn)程中不斷提升高等教育質(zhì)量，是一個(gè)亟待破解的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題。眾所周知，高校教師質(zhì)量是決定高等教育質(zhì)量的根本因素，而高校教師專業(yè)發(fā)展是提升高校教師質(zhì)量的核心所在和根本措施，在中國(guó)當(dāng)前面臨的國(guó)際形勢(shì)和高等教育大眾化深入推進(jìn)的現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況下，其研究具有重要的理論價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 “多維學(xué)術(shù)觀”從四個(gè)維度拓展了學(xué)術(shù)的內(nèi)涵，推動(dòng)了美國(guó)高等教育領(lǐng)域的一系列相關(guān)改革，在北美和歐洲許多國(guó)家對(duì)高等教育改革實(shí)踐產(chǎn)生了積極影響。 本文在借鑒已有的關(guān)于教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的理論研究成果基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合“多維學(xué)術(shù)觀”的基本觀點(diǎn)，探尋其對(duì)我國(guó)高校教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的啟示，并嘗試構(gòu)建“多維學(xué)術(shù)觀”指導(dǎo)下的、與我國(guó)國(guó)情相適應(yīng)的高校教師專業(yè)發(fā)展框架。 全文共分為四章：第一章為緒論，主要包括問(wèn)題的提出、文獻(xiàn)綜述、基本概念、研究思路與研究方法、論文創(chuàng)新之處。第二章是高校教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的歷史演變和理論梳理。主要從教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的演變歷程、高校教師專業(yè)發(fā)展相關(guān)理論兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行闡述。第三章介紹“多維學(xué)術(shù)觀”，首先介紹了“多維學(xué)術(shù)觀”產(chǎn)生背景及基本內(nèi)涵，闡述了其對(duì)高校教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的意義。第四章，在分析國(guó)內(nèi)高校教師專業(yè)發(fā)展存在的問(wèn)題和影響因素的基礎(chǔ)上，提出基于“多維學(xué)術(shù)觀”的高校教師專業(yè)發(fā)展體系。 本文的立足點(diǎn)和著重點(diǎn)在于高校教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展，其主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新之處在于將源起于美國(guó)的“多維學(xué)術(shù)觀”引入并用以指導(dǎo)我國(guó)高校教師專業(yè)發(fā)展實(shí)踐。文章在回顧教師專業(yè)發(fā)展演變歷程和梳理高校教師專業(yè)發(fā)展相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上，深入分析影響高校教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的因素，并結(jié)合當(dāng)前高等教育實(shí)際，從指導(dǎo)理念和制度保障兩個(gè)方面提出了基于“多維學(xué)術(shù)觀”的改革建議。
[Abstract]:How to improve the quality of higher education in the process of popularization of higher education under the strategic background of vigorously promoting the rejuvenation of the country by science and education and strengthening the country by talents is a realistic problem that needs to be solved urgently. As we all know, the quality of teachers in colleges and universities is the fundamental factor that determines the quality of higher education, and the professional development of teachers in colleges and universities is the core and fundamental measure to improve the quality of teachers in colleges and universities. Under the current international situation and the reality of the popularization of higher education in China, its research is of great theoretical value and practical significance. "Multi-dimensional academic View" expands the academic connotation from four dimensions, promotes a series of related reforms in the field of higher education in the United States, and has had a positive impact on the practice of higher education reform in many countries in North America and Europe. Based on the existing theoretical research results on teachers' professional development and the basic viewpoint of "multi-dimensional academic view", this paper explores its inspiration to the professional development of teachers in colleges and universities in China, and tries to construct the "multi-dimensional academic view" under the guidance of "multi-dimensional academic view". The framework of professional development of teachers in colleges and universities adapted to the national conditions of our country. The full text is divided into four chapters: the first chapter is the introduction, mainly including the problem, literature review, basic concepts, research ideas and research methods, innovation of the paper. The second chapter is the historical evolution and theoretical analysis of the professional development of teachers in colleges and universities. Mainly from the evolution of teacher professional development, college teachers professional development related to two aspects of the elaboration. The third chapter introduces "Multi-dimensional academic View". First, it introduces the background and basic connotation of "Multi-dimensional academic View", and expounds its significance to the professional development of teachers in colleges and universities. Chapter four, on the basis of analyzing the existing problems and influencing factors of teachers' professional development in colleges and universities in China, puts forward the professional development system of teachers in colleges and universities based on "multi-dimensional academic view". The foothold and emphasis of this paper are on the professional development of college teachers, and the main innovation lies in the introduction of the multi-dimensional academic view originated from the United States to guide the practice of the professional development of college teachers in China. On the basis of reviewing the evolution of teachers' professional development and combing the relevant theories of teachers' professional development in colleges and universities, this paper deeply analyzes the factors that affect the professional development of teachers in colleges and universities, and combines the actual situation of higher education at present. The reform suggestion based on multi-dimensional academic view is put forward from two aspects of guiding idea and system guarantee.
