基于混合學(xué)習(xí)理論的地方師范院校精品課程建設(shè)探究

【摘要】:隨著信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程越來越多的體現(xiàn)在如今的教育教學(xué)過程中,也逐漸占有越來越重要的作用,精品課程作為“高等院校教學(xué)質(zhì)量和教學(xué)改革工程”的組成部分,經(jīng)過了近十年的發(fā)展和各大高校的努力創(chuàng)建,也逐漸形成了自身的特色,成為了一個(gè)現(xiàn)代化的網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)平臺(tái)。各地方師范院校也積極響應(yīng),并且部分地區(qū)師范院校還獲得了國(guó)家精品課程,但是由于其地理位置,教育條件,生源特點(diǎn)等方面的獨(dú)特性,地方師范院校精品課程建設(shè)還需要不斷的探索和完善才能找到屬于自身特色并有利于地方師范院校前進(jìn)和發(fā)展的精品課程。 精品課程不完全屬于網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程,只是以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為載體,通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)實(shí)現(xiàn)課程資源共享,從而使各個(gè)層次的學(xué)生都能享有課堂教學(xué)資源。精品課程建設(shè)的主要內(nèi)容包括:課程內(nèi)容規(guī)劃,師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè),理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合教學(xué)模式的整合,也包括對(duì)于精品課程有效維護(hù)和評(píng)審機(jī)制的建立。 筆者通過對(duì)某地方師范院!秲和l(fā)展心理學(xué)》精品課程的調(diào)研,深入了解了精品課程建設(shè)的歷程和特色。例如在課程規(guī)劃方面突出課程內(nèi)容的模塊化設(shè)計(jì)并增加了實(shí)踐類課程,使理論概念更加形象化,并且采用新穎的教學(xué)方法和教學(xué)模式,例如觀摩課程的增加,豐富多樣化課程設(shè)置,在管理機(jī)制上,其合理的人員配備,充足的經(jīng)費(fèi)保障和網(wǎng)絡(luò)交流平臺(tái)的構(gòu)建以保證精品課程長(zhǎng)期有效的發(fā)展。盡管精品課程建設(shè)在人力和物力方面均有投入,但是在教材方面立體化教材尚未完善,教師整體水平不高,對(duì)于精品課程網(wǎng)頁制作和網(wǎng)絡(luò)交流平臺(tái)的搭建不夠完善,等等依然是構(gòu)建精品課程亟待解決和完善的問題。 因此對(duì)于精品課程構(gòu)建,首先要形成科學(xué)有效的精品課程構(gòu)建理念,以自身高校實(shí)際情況為基準(zhǔn),構(gòu)建具備自身發(fā)展特色的精品課程,其次,要組建高水平的教師隊(duì)伍,提升教師專業(yè)水準(zhǔn),再次,在形成良好的課程建設(shè)教師團(tuán)隊(duì)的同時(shí),大力發(fā)展立體化教材的建設(shè)。只有良好的教師團(tuán)隊(duì),合理的精品課程管理模式,具有自身特色的課程建設(shè)等前提下,將精品課程匯集成“精華”教學(xué)內(nèi)容,有利于學(xué)生的廣泛學(xué)習(xí)和運(yùn)用,這才是精品課程發(fā)展的長(zhǎng)久保障。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology, network courses are more and more embodied in the process of education and teaching nowadays, and gradually occupy more and more important roles. As a part of "teaching quality and teaching reform project in colleges and universities", high-quality courses are becoming more and more important. After nearly ten years of development and the efforts of the major colleges and universities, they have gradually formed their own characteristics and become a modern network teaching platform. The local normal colleges and universities have also responded positively, and some regional teachers' colleges and universities have also obtained state quality courses. However, due to their unique geographical location, educational conditions, characteristics of students and so on, The construction of excellent courses in local normal colleges also needs constant exploration and perfection in order to find the excellent courses which belong to their own characteristics and are conducive to the advancement and development of local normal colleges. High-quality courses are not only network courses, but only the Internet as the carrier, through the network to achieve the sharing of curriculum resources, so that students at all levels can enjoy classroom teaching resources. The main contents of the construction of high-quality courses include: curriculum content planning, the construction of teachers, the integration of teaching mode combining theory and practice, and the establishment of effective maintenance and evaluation mechanism for high-quality courses. Through the investigation and investigation of the excellent courses of Child Development Psychology in a local normal college, the author deeply understands the course and characteristics of the construction of the excellent courses. For example, in the aspect of curriculum planning, the modularization design of curriculum content has been highlighted and practical courses have been added to make the theoretical concepts more visual, and to adopt novel teaching methods and teaching models, such as the increase of the observation courses. In order to ensure the long-term and effective development of high-quality courses, it has a reasonable staffing, adequate financial guarantee and the construction of a network exchange platform in terms of management mechanism. Although there is investment in the construction of high-quality courses in human and material resources, the three-dimensional teaching materials in the teaching materials are not perfect, the overall level of teachers is not high, and the construction of web pages and network communication platforms for high-quality courses is not perfect enough. And so on is still the construction of fine courses to solve and improve the problem. Therefore, for the construction of high-quality courses, first of all, we should form a scientific and effective concept of constructing high-quality courses, take the actual situation of our own colleges and universities as the basis, and build high-quality courses with their own development characteristics. Secondly, we should set up a high level of teachers. To improve the professional standard of teachers, thirdly, to develop the construction of three-dimensional teaching materials while forming a good teaching team of curriculum construction. Only a good team of teachers, a reasonable management model of high-quality courses, and curriculum construction with its own characteristics, the collection of high-quality courses into the "essence" of teaching content, is conducive to the extensive learning and application of students. This is the long-term guarantee for the development of quality courses.
