基于混合學(xué)習(xí)理論的地方師范院校精品課程建設(shè)探究
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology, network courses are more and more embodied in the process of education and teaching nowadays, and gradually occupy more and more important roles. As a part of "teaching quality and teaching reform project in colleges and universities", high-quality courses are becoming more and more important. After nearly ten years of development and the efforts of the major colleges and universities, they have gradually formed their own characteristics and become a modern network teaching platform. The local normal colleges and universities have also responded positively, and some regional teachers' colleges and universities have also obtained state quality courses. However, due to their unique geographical location, educational conditions, characteristics of students and so on, The construction of excellent courses in local normal colleges also needs constant exploration and perfection in order to find the excellent courses which belong to their own characteristics and are conducive to the advancement and development of local normal colleges. High-quality courses are not only network courses, but only the Internet as the carrier, through the network to achieve the sharing of curriculum resources, so that students at all levels can enjoy classroom teaching resources. The main contents of the construction of high-quality courses include: curriculum content planning, the construction of teachers, the integration of teaching mode combining theory and practice, and the establishment of effective maintenance and evaluation mechanism for high-quality courses. Through the investigation and investigation of the excellent courses of Child Development Psychology in a local normal college, the author deeply understands the course and characteristics of the construction of the excellent courses. For example, in the aspect of curriculum planning, the modularization design of curriculum content has been highlighted and practical courses have been added to make the theoretical concepts more visual, and to adopt novel teaching methods and teaching models, such as the increase of the observation courses. In order to ensure the long-term and effective development of high-quality courses, it has a reasonable staffing, adequate financial guarantee and the construction of a network exchange platform in terms of management mechanism. Although there is investment in the construction of high-quality courses in human and material resources, the three-dimensional teaching materials in the teaching materials are not perfect, the overall level of teachers is not high, and the construction of web pages and network communication platforms for high-quality courses is not perfect enough. And so on is still the construction of fine courses to solve and improve the problem. Therefore, for the construction of high-quality courses, first of all, we should form a scientific and effective concept of constructing high-quality courses, take the actual situation of our own colleges and universities as the basis, and build high-quality courses with their own development characteristics. Secondly, we should set up a high level of teachers. To improve the professional standard of teachers, thirdly, to develop the construction of three-dimensional teaching materials while forming a good teaching team of curriculum construction. Only a good team of teachers, a reasonable management model of high-quality courses, and curriculum construction with its own characteristics, the collection of high-quality courses into the "essence" of teaching content, is conducive to the extensive learning and application of students. This is the long-term guarantee for the development of quality courses.
