【摘要】：我國的民辦高等教育經(jīng)過近三十年的發(fā)展，，已經(jīng)具備了一定的辦學(xué)規(guī)模，形成了自身的辦學(xué)特色和辦學(xué)體系。在經(jīng)歷了不同的發(fā)展階段之后，教育規(guī)模日益擴張，辦學(xué)質(zhì)量穩(wěn)步提高，民辦高等教育已經(jīng)成為我國高等教育事業(yè)的重要組成部分，為社會輸送了大批的專業(yè)技能型人才，他們在各自的工作崗位上為社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)發(fā)揮著重要作用。伴隨著民辦高等教育的發(fā)展，我國的民辦高等教育也正處于規(guī)模擴張向內(nèi)涵發(fā)展的轉(zhuǎn)型時期，民辦高校學(xué)生的思想政治教育是民辦高校自身內(nèi)涵建設(shè)發(fā)展的重要組成部分，關(guān)系到民辦高校的自身生存和發(fā)展。受到多種因素的限制，目前民辦高校學(xué)生思想政治教育工作仍然是民辦高校各項工作中的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)，亟待加強，盡管黨中央國務(wù)院對民辦高校思想政治工作高度重視，做出過重大部署，各民辦高校也把加強學(xué)生的思想政治教育納入到人才培養(yǎng)的體系和模式中，但總體上講，收效不盡如人意，其中的一個重要原因就是民辦高校學(xué)生思想政治教育實效性不夠的問題，簡單地套用普通高校大學(xué)生的思想政治教育方法無法實現(xiàn)民辦高校學(xué)生的思想政治教育目的。如何加強民辦高校學(xué)生的思想政治教育，提高民辦高校學(xué)生思想政治教育的實效性是本文研究的主要問題。 論文從民辦高校的不同發(fā)展階段出發(fā)，尋找民辦高校學(xué)生思想政治教育的問題的起因，立足于當前民辦高校學(xué)生的思想政治教育現(xiàn)狀，針對民辦高校學(xué)生思想政治教育過程中存在的各種問題，根據(jù)民辦高校學(xué)生的特點，從教育主體，教育內(nèi)容，教育方法，教育環(huán)境的角度來分析問題存在的原因，尋找提高民辦高校學(xué)生思想政治教育的有效機制。論文從更新思想政治教育觀念，優(yōu)化思想政治教育環(huán)境，健全思想政治教育體系，改進思想政治教育方法，加強黨的建設(shè)五個方面入手，探索民辦高校學(xué)生思想政治教育實效性研究的新路徑，切實提高民辦高校學(xué)生思想政治教育的針對性和實效性，以此推動民辦高等教育事業(yè)健康發(fā)展。 希望通過這一研究，使民辦高校學(xué)生的思想政治教育工作更富有生命力，切實收到實效。
[Abstract]:After nearly 30 years of development, private higher education in our country has a certain scale of running a school, forming its own characteristics and system of running a school. After going through different stages of development, the scale of education is expanding day by day, and the quality of running a school is improving steadily. Private higher education has become an important part of the cause of higher education in our country, and a large number of professional and skilled talents have been transported to the society. They are playing an important role in their respective jobs for the socialist modernization drive. With the development of private higher education, private higher education in our country is also in the transition period of scale expansion to connotation development. The ideological and political education of private college students is an important part of the development of the connotation construction of private colleges and universities. It is related to the survival and development of private colleges and universities. Limited by many factors, the ideological and political education work of the students in private colleges and universities is still a weak link in the work of private colleges and universities, and needs to be strengthened urgently, although the Party Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the ideological and political work of private colleges and universities. Major arrangements have been made. Private colleges and universities have also incorporated the strengthening of ideological and political education of students into the system and model of personnel training, but on the whole, the results have not been satisfactory. One of the important reasons is that the actual effect of ideological and political education of private college students is not enough. Simply applying the method of ideological and political education of ordinary college students can not achieve the purpose of ideological and political education of private college students. How to strengthen the ideological and political education of private college students and improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education are the main problems of this paper. Starting from the different stages of development of private universities, this paper seeks the causes of the problems of ideological and political education of private college students, and bases itself on the present situation of ideological and political education of students in private colleges and universities. In view of the various problems existing in the process of ideological and political education of private college students, according to the characteristics of the students in private colleges and universities, the reasons for the problems are analyzed from the angles of the main body of education, the content of education, the educational methods and the educational environment. To find an effective mechanism to improve the ideological and political education of private college students. The thesis begins with the following five aspects: renewing the concept of ideological and political education, optimizing the environment of ideological and political education, perfecting the system of ideological and political education, improving the methods of ideological and political education, and strengthening the Party's construction. This paper explores a new way to study the effectiveness of ideological and political education of private college students, and improves the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education for private college students, so as to promote the healthy development of private higher education. It is hoped that through this study, the ideological and political education work of private college students will be more vigorous and effective.
