遼寧沿海經(jīng)濟帶與地方高校學(xué)科建設(shè)的互動研究

【摘要】:遼寧沿海經(jīng)濟帶與地方高校學(xué)科建設(shè)由人才和技術(shù)的需求與供給產(chǎn)生互動,并隨各自發(fā)展的不斷深入,二者的關(guān)聯(lián)程度愈發(fā)深刻,互動趨向愈發(fā)顯現(xiàn),互動態(tài)勢愈發(fā)強烈。 地方高校學(xué)科建設(shè)是一項包括學(xué)科發(fā)展規(guī)劃、隊伍建設(shè)、人才培養(yǎng)、科學(xué)研究、平臺建設(shè)等內(nèi)容的系統(tǒng)工程,是地方高校建設(shè)和發(fā)展的核心和基礎(chǔ),對提升地方高校綜合實力和核心競爭力具有關(guān)鍵作用。地方高校學(xué)科建設(shè)承襲了地方高校的地方特性,以服務(wù)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟為重要職責,故與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟社會的發(fā)展建立起密切聯(lián)系。遼寧沿海經(jīng)濟帶發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略是區(qū)域發(fā)展的重要指針,為遼寧沿海經(jīng)濟帶經(jīng)濟社會的各個方面帶來新的發(fā)展機遇,地方高校學(xué)科建設(shè)也將在此機遇中得到快速發(fā)展。對遼寧沿海經(jīng)濟帶與地方高校學(xué)科建設(shè)的互動研究,是用互動的積極因素實現(xiàn)相互促進和共同發(fā)展,既對提高學(xué)科建設(shè)水平,提升地方高校的辦學(xué)層次,更對促進遼寧沿海經(jīng)濟帶經(jīng)濟社會的快速發(fā)展具有重要的現(xiàn)實價值。 本文綜合運用文獻分析法和數(shù)量分析法,在遼寧沿海經(jīng)濟帶與地方高校學(xué)科建設(shè)深化發(fā)展的視域下,對二者的互動展開研究。通過對互動的動因、要素、動力的分析加深對互動本質(zhì)的理解,使互動關(guān)系愈發(fā)顯現(xiàn)。本文對互動中存在的問題進行深入分析,認為對互動的認識尚存不足,互動主體的周期不同步、發(fā)展不均衡、主體作用發(fā)揮不足以及合作不深入等均在一定程度上阻礙了互動。針對互動中存在的問題,本文形成對策建議以促進互動主體的共同發(fā)展,提出加深對互動的理解是關(guān)鍵,針對相似性競爭提出錯位發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,結(jié)合主體自身的特點和發(fā)展規(guī)律提出合理建議,并進一步深化產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作。
[Abstract]:Liaoning coastal economic belt and the discipline construction of local colleges and universities interact with the demand and supply of talents and technology. With the deepening of their respective development, the relationship between the two becomes more and more profound, the trend of interaction becomes more apparent, and the interaction situation becomes stronger. The discipline construction of local colleges and universities is a systematic project including discipline development planning, team building, personnel training, scientific research, platform construction and so on. It is the core and foundation of the construction and development of local colleges and universities. To promote the comprehensive strength of local colleges and universities and core competitiveness has a key role. The discipline construction of local colleges and universities inherits the local characteristics of local universities and takes serving regional economy as an important duty, so it is closely related to the development of regional economy and society. The development strategy of Liaoning coastal economic belt is an important guideline for regional development. It brings new development opportunities for all aspects of economic and social development of Liaoning coastal economic belt, and the discipline construction of local universities will also be developed rapidly in this opportunity. The research on the interaction between Liaoning coastal economic belt and the discipline construction of local colleges and universities is to promote each other and develop together with the positive factors of interaction, which can not only improve the level of discipline construction, but also raise the level of running schools of local colleges and universities. More to promote Liaoning coastal economic belt economic and social rapid development has important practical value. This paper studies the interaction between the coastal economic belt of Liaoning and the discipline construction of local colleges and universities from the perspective of the deepening development of the coastal economic belt and local universities by means of literature analysis and quantitative analysis. Through the analysis of the motivation, elements and motive force of interaction, the understanding of the essence of interaction is deepened, which makes the interactive relationship more apparent. This paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in interaction, and points out that the cognition of interaction is still insufficient, the cycle of interaction is out of step, the development is not balanced, the role of the subject is not played well and the cooperation is not deep, and so on, to a certain extent, it hinders the interaction. Aiming at the problems existing in the interaction, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the common development of the interactive subjects, and points out that it is the key to deepen the understanding of the interaction, and puts forward the mismatch development strategy in the light of the similarity competition. According to the main body's own characteristic and the development law, the reasonable suggestion is put forward, and further deepens the production, the university and the research cooperation.
