創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)視閾下的大學德育
[Abstract]:To change the mode of economic development, scientific development depends on scientific and technological innovation, and scientific and technological innovation depends on innovative talents. It is of great significance for our country to cope with international competition, to build an innovative country and to realize the scientific development of colleges and universities and the growth of college students. The goal of higher education in China is to train innovative talents with all-round development. As an important part of higher education, moral education in universities plays an important role in the cultivation of innovative talents. Under the background of the new era, the cultivation of innovative talents calls for the strengthening and improvement of moral education in universities. As the forerunner of the cultivation of innovative talents, the development of moral education in university is influenced by many factors, such as educator, educatee, external environment and so on. However, there are some aspects which are not suitable for the cultivation of innovative talents. The reasons are subjective, objective, internal and external. The lack of college moral education in the cultivation of innovative talents hinders the cultivation of innovative talents. According to the requirements of the cultivation of innovative talents and the present situation of the development of moral education in universities, this paper analyzes the causes of these problems, and puts forward the measures to strengthen and improve the moral education in colleges and universities, which must be considered by every moral education worker in colleges and universities. Only the innovative moral education can adapt to the requirements of the cultivation of innovative talents. Only by changing the idea of moral education, optimizing the environment of moral education, enriching the content of moral education, innovating the mode of moral education, widening the channel of moral education, developing students' self-education function, distinguishing the object of moral education, carrying out the responsibility of moral education, Only then can the university moral education get better development under the training of innovative talents.
