對(duì)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生誠信現(xiàn)狀的研究及對(duì)策的思考

【摘要】:在當(dāng)今社會(huì)多元化的思想觀念和價(jià)值取向的影響下,在市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)潮流的影響下,古往今來作為社會(huì)道德規(guī)范和人們行為準(zhǔn)則的誠實(shí)守信原則,在現(xiàn)代社會(huì)生活中受到了比較嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。當(dāng)代大學(xué)生作為社會(huì)的優(yōu)秀群體,也在復(fù)雜的社會(huì)環(huán)境中陷入了誠信危機(jī)。萃萃學(xué)子中,作風(fēng)虛浮、急功近利、弄虛作假者不在少數(shù),考試作弊、簡(jiǎn)歷造假、論文抄襲、就業(yè)違約、借貸不還等現(xiàn)象屢禁不絕,引起了社會(huì)的高度重視。 誠信就是指信任于人、言之于實(shí)、踐約守諾的道德品質(zhì),尊重客觀事實(shí)、尊重他人、尊重自己、尊重客觀規(guī)律,堅(jiān)持實(shí)事求是、敢于追求真理、敢于履行自己的職責(zé)是當(dāng)代大學(xué)生講誠信的具體體現(xiàn),誠信教育對(duì)于當(dāng)代大學(xué)生而言,既是一種塑造健康人格的教育,又是一種重要的信用資源教育,還是一種公民素質(zhì)教育。 本文首先從誠信這一基本概念談起,歸納了誠信教育的基本內(nèi)涵,對(duì)中國古代誠信教育以及西方誠信教育做了簡(jiǎn)單介紹,并在此基礎(chǔ)上概括出我國當(dāng)代大學(xué)生誠信教育的實(shí)質(zhì)。 其次,通過對(duì)包括安徽農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)在內(nèi)的幾所高校學(xué)生誠信問題調(diào)查情況的介紹,反映出我國當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的誠信教育現(xiàn)狀,并從誠信認(rèn)知、誠信情感、誠信意志和誠信行為幾方面闡述了大學(xué)生誠信缺失的主要表現(xiàn),從社會(huì)環(huán)境、家庭影響、學(xué)校教育、學(xué)生自身因素等方面分析了大學(xué)生誠信缺失的原因。 最后,從構(gòu)建大學(xué)生誠信教育體系的角度出發(fā),,提出了如何加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生誠信教育的對(duì)策,即高校、家庭和社會(huì)三方面相結(jié)合的思路,加強(qiáng)高校在大學(xué)生誠信教育中的主體作用、提高家庭教育在大學(xué)生誠信教育中的輔助作用、重視社會(huì)輿論氛圍在大學(xué)生誠信教育中的導(dǎo)向作用、完善法律、法規(guī)在大學(xué)生誠信教育中的強(qiáng)制作用,嘗試性地提出了在高校建立大學(xué)生誠信教育與管理的系統(tǒng)工程。
[Abstract]:Under the influence of the pluralistic ideology and value orientation of today's society, and under the influence of the trend of market economy, the principle of honesty and trustworthiness is regarded as the social moral standard and people's code of conduct throughout the ages. In modern social life has been more severe challenges. As an excellent social group, contemporary college students also fall into the crisis of honesty in the complex social environment. Among the students, the work style is fickle, the quick achievement is quick, the fraud is not few, the examination cheating, the resume fake, the thesis plagiarism, the employment breach of contract, the loan does not repay and so on phenomenon has repeatedly forbidden, has caused the society to attach great importance to it. Good faith is the moral quality of trusting people, being honest, keeping promises, respecting objective facts, respecting others, respecting oneself, respecting objective laws, insisting on seeking truth from facts, and daring to pursue truth. The courage to fulfill one's own duty is the concrete embodiment of the contemporary college students' emphasis on honesty. For contemporary college students, honesty education is not only a kind of education of shaping healthy personality, but also an important education of credit resources, as well as a kind of quality education of citizens. This paper begins with the basic concept of honesty and credit, sums up the basic connotation of honesty education, introduces the honesty education in ancient China and western countries, and summarizes the essence of honesty education of contemporary college students in China on this basis. Secondly, through the introduction of the investigation on the honesty and credit problems of several universities including Anhui Agricultural University, it reflects the present situation of honesty education of contemporary college students in China, and from the perspective of honesty cognition and sincerity emotion, In this paper, the author expounds the main manifestations of the lack of honesty of college students from the aspects of the will of honesty and the behavior of honesty, and analyzes the reasons of the lack of honesty and credit of college students from the aspects of social environment, family influence, school education, students' own factors and so on. Finally, from the point of view of constructing the honesty education system of college students, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of how to strengthen the honesty education of college students, that is, the combination of college, family and society, so as to strengthen the main role of colleges and universities in the honesty education of college students. To improve the auxiliary role of family education in the honesty education of college students, to attach importance to the guiding role of the atmosphere of public opinion in the honesty education of college students, and to perfect the compulsory role of laws and regulations in the honesty education of college students. This paper tries to put forward the systematic engineering of establishing honesty education and management for college students.
