【摘要】：來華留學(xué)生,泛指進(jìn)入中國大陸的高等院校學(xué)習(xí)的外籍人士。本研究中的來華留學(xué)生特指來華學(xué)習(xí)的學(xué)歷生,只包括本科生和研究生。留學(xué)生在異國他鄉(xiāng)的適應(yīng)水平是他們完成學(xué)業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)。本研究的主旨是通過實(shí)際調(diào)查研究,了解南昌大學(xué)的來華留學(xué)生跨文化適應(yīng)現(xiàn)狀并提出幫助他們適應(yīng)的對(duì)策與建議。 本研究在Goldberg設(shè)計(jì)的一般健康狀況問卷(GHQ12)、迪納設(shè)計(jì)的生活滿意度量表和華東師范大學(xué)博士楊軍紅論文中的《來華留學(xué)生跨文化適應(yīng)問卷》基礎(chǔ)上加以整合,形成問卷,對(duì)就讀于南昌大學(xué)的151名來華留學(xué)生進(jìn)行了問卷調(diào)查,并對(duì)其中四位來自不同國籍的學(xué)生進(jìn)行了深入的訪談。調(diào)查結(jié)果表明：(1)南昌大學(xué)來華留學(xué)生的跨文化適應(yīng)水平處于中等水平,其中學(xué)術(shù)適應(yīng)維度得分最高,社會(huì)文化適應(yīng)維度次之,心理適應(yīng)維度得分最低。(2)來華留學(xué)生的跨文化適應(yīng)水平存在著性別、國籍(地區(qū))、年齡、來華時(shí)間與語言生和非語言生的差異(3)性別、國籍(地區(qū))、年齡、來華時(shí)間與語言生和非語言生是影響來華留學(xué)生跨文化適應(yīng)狀況的重要因素。 基于以上分析,本研究提出以下對(duì)策：改革來華留學(xué)生的管理方式,實(shí)行“有度的差別管理”；建立多種形式的咨詢渠道和溝通網(wǎng)絡(luò),鼓勵(lì)留學(xué)生參與當(dāng)?shù)厣鐣?huì)文化生活,全面客觀地了解中國的文化特色；加強(qiáng)與留學(xué)生頻繁接觸的教師以及管理人員的跨文化培訓(xùn),提高他們對(duì)不同文化的認(rèn)識(shí)；建立學(xué)校、教師、留學(xué)生“三位一體”的留學(xué)生心理健康教育體系,提早發(fā)現(xiàn),及時(shí)干預(yù)；注重“朋輩”輔導(dǎo)員在跨文化適應(yīng)過程中的作用。
[Abstract]:Foreign students in China refer to foreigners who enter mainland China's higher education institutions to study. The foreign students in this study refer to the students studying in China, including undergraduate and graduate students. The level of adaptation of foreign students in foreign countries is the basis for their completion of their studies. The purpose of this study is to find out the current situation of cross-cultural adaptation of Chinese students from Nanchang University and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to help them adapt. This study is based on the general health status questionnaire (GHQ12) designed by Goldberg, the life satisfaction scale designed by Dina and the cross-cultural adaptation questionnaire for foreign students in China by Yang Junhong, Ph.D. of East China normal University. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 151 students from Nanchang University, and four students from different nationalities were interviewed. The results show that: (1) the cross-cultural adaptation level of Nanchang University students in China is at the middle level, among which the academic adaptation dimension has the highest score, and the sociocultural adaptation dimension is the second. The score of psychological adaptation dimension was the lowest. (2) there were differences in cross-cultural adaptation level among Chinese students, such as gender, nationality (region), age, time of arrival in China, language students and non-language students. (3) gender, nationality (region), age, etc. Time, language students and non-language students are important factors influencing cross-cultural adaptation of Chinese students. Based on the above analysis, this study puts forward the following countermeasures: to reform the management of foreign students in China, and to implement "the degree of differential management"; To establish various forms of consultation channels and communication networks to encourage foreign students to participate in the local social and cultural life and to fully and objectively understand the cultural characteristics of China; (B) strengthen cross-cultural training for teachers and managers who are in frequent contact with foreign students to raise their awareness of different cultures; To establish a "trinity" mental health education system for foreign students in schools, teachers and foreign students, to find out early and intervene in time, and to pay attention to the role of peer counselors in the process of cross-cultural adaptation.
