適合大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力發(fā)展的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境研究

【摘要】:培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新能力一直是各級(jí)各類學(xué)校教育目標(biāo)之一。有關(guān)學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力發(fā)展的研究汗牛充棟,研究者大多從教育內(nèi)容、教育方式方法的改革進(jìn)行探討。這些研究成果對教育實(shí)踐產(chǎn)生了積極影響。從心理學(xué)的角度看,創(chuàng)新是個(gè)體的一種能力,這種能力的構(gòu)成和發(fā)展需要一定的條件和基礎(chǔ)。因此,本研究選擇從影響個(gè)體創(chuàng)新能力形成和發(fā)展環(huán)境視角探討學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力發(fā)展問題。 在現(xiàn)代社會(huì),,大學(xué)教育成為各個(gè)國家教育體系關(guān)注和發(fā)展的焦點(diǎn)。改革開放之后,中國大學(xué)教育有了快速長足的發(fā)展,為國家的經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)和社會(huì)發(fā)展做出巨大貢獻(xiàn)。但是,進(jìn)入二十一世紀(jì)的中國大學(xué),在人才培養(yǎng)上還存在不少問題,其中,著名的錢學(xué)森之問,就成為我國大學(xué)人才培養(yǎng)中難解之問題。 心理學(xué)研究表明大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力的發(fā)展是多種因素綜合作用的結(jié)果,其中,學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境在大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力的發(fā)展過程中起著至關(guān)重要的作用。因此,本文通過分析相關(guān)理論的研究和分析,對適合大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力發(fā)展的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境的相關(guān)問題進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡釋。全文主體共分為三個(gè)部分,第一部分是創(chuàng)新能力的形成與發(fā)展的相關(guān)研究,包括創(chuàng)新能力的心理表現(xiàn),創(chuàng)新能力形成與發(fā)展的影響因素以及環(huán)境因素對創(chuàng)新能力形成與發(fā)展的影響。第二部分是大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力的發(fā)展,本部分結(jié)合大學(xué)生自身的特征,分析了大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力發(fā)展的影響因素,重點(diǎn)分析了學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境的構(gòu)成要素以及對大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力的影響。并在此基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)歸納了適合大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力發(fā)展的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境應(yīng)具備的特征。第三部分是結(jié)合大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力發(fā)展的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境應(yīng)具備的特征,從學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境的校園資源、文化氛圍、人際關(guān)系、學(xué)業(yè)管理制度四個(gè)層面,針對性的提出構(gòu)建適合大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力發(fā)展的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境的對策。
[Abstract]:Cultivating students' innovative ability has always been one of the aims of all kinds of schools at all levels. The research on the development of students' innovative ability is full of research, most of which are discussed from the reform of educational content and educational methods. These research results have a positive impact on educational practice. From the psychological point of view, innovation is an individual ability, which needs certain conditions and bases for its formation and development. Therefore, this study chooses to explore the development of students' innovation ability from the perspective of influencing the formation and development environment of individual innovation ability. In modern society, university education has become the focus of attention and development in various countries. After the reform and opening up, the university education in China has made rapid and rapid development, which has made great contributions to the national economic construction and social development. However, in the 21 century, there are still many problems in the talent training of Chinese universities. Among them, the famous Qian Xuesen has become a difficult problem in the talent training of Chinese universities. Psychological research shows that the development of college students' innovation ability is the result of many factors, among which, the learning environment plays an important role in the development of college students' innovation ability. Therefore, through the research and analysis of relevant theories, this paper gives a detailed explanation of the relevant problems in the learning environment suitable for the development of college students' innovative ability. The main body of the paper is divided into three parts. The first part is related research on the formation and development of innovation ability, including the psychological expression of innovation ability. The influence factors of the formation and development of innovation ability and the influence of environmental factors on the formation and development of innovation ability. The second part is the development of college students' innovation ability. This part analyzes the influencing factors of college students' innovation ability development, especially the elements of learning environment and the influence on college students' innovation ability. On this basis, the characteristics of the learning environment suitable for the development of college students' innovation ability are summarized. The third part is based on the characteristics of the learning environment for the development of college students' innovative ability, from the four levels of campus resources, cultural atmosphere, interpersonal relationship, academic management system. This paper puts forward the countermeasures of constructing the learning environment suitable for the development of college students'innovation ability.
