【摘要】：正中國轉變經(jīng)濟增長方式、加快經(jīng)濟轉型、大力發(fā)展創(chuàng)新性知識經(jīng)濟,離不開對核心技術和先進文化成果的創(chuàng)造,離不開對自主知識產(chǎn)權的掌握。未來中國經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,不僅需要人才、技術和資金,更需要激勵人才利用技術和資金不斷進行創(chuàng)新的機制。從法律上講,這種機制就是以知識產(chǎn)權法學為核心形成的創(chuàng)新激勵制度。加強大學的知識產(chǎn)權法學教育,全面提高人才培養(yǎng)的質量,既是建設高水平大學的重要途徑,又是培養(yǎng)高素質專業(yè)人
[Abstract]:The transformation of economic growth mode, the acceleration of economic transformation and the development of innovative knowledge economy in China are inseparable from the creation of core technologies and advanced cultural achievements, and the mastery of independent intellectual property rights. In the future, the development of China's economy needs not only talents, technology and funds, but also a mechanism to encourage talents to innovate continuously by using technology and funds. From the legal point of view, this mechanism is an innovative incentive system based on intellectual property law. Strengthening the intellectual property law education in universities and improving the quality of personnel training in an all-round way are not only an important way to build a high level university, but also an important way to train high quality professionals.
